I sincerely advise against. I ordered a valve and sensor replacement. I was invited to a service. On the service I was told that the valve with the sensor needed to be replaced. I knew about it before. I paid for this diagnosis. I asked about the date of the next service with valve replacement. I was promised the garage would contact me. After 3 months, the garage invited me to the MOT. I asked about the valve replacement. They promised to investigate why I don't have it fixed yet. Another 3 months are now passing and the garage is silent. I sold my Jeep.

We ended up here when our hire vehicle was recovered to the dealership very close to closing time. Staff there were understanding and welcoming, allowing use of facilities and offering any help we needed. A big thank you for looking after us, much appreciated!

On holiday and had an engine management light on in my campervan. Called the Fiat Professional team at Ian Grieve and they juggled appts to get me in at 08:30 the following day. Van went to the workshop at exactly 08:30 and was out and I was on my way by 09:30 after the technician had changed a faulty DPF sensor in the exhaust, and cleared down the faults log. Brilliant, friendly and efficient service to help me when I'm over 500 miles from home in Devon. Can't recommend these guys highly enough. THANKYOU

Visited to collect a spare part for my Subaru Levorg. Ordered it online and got it 3 days later. Great service and would recommend for spares.

5-star new car buying experience from Ian Grieve Subaru. As one of the largest Subaru dealers (apparently #1 in Scotland, #2 across whole of UK), they had a large number of new car orders already on allocation. Given the very limited availability of new cars at the moment due to chip shortages, that was a big deal - it meant I could get the right spec in the right colour without waiting months and months ordering from new.

More importantly though, the service was very good. I dealt with Gavin Fraser, Subaru Brand Manager, throughout and I was very impressed. Gavin did what he said he would, when he said he would do it. He kept me well updated and replied to emails / phone calls promptly (including during his day off). In particular, Gavin worked hard to get the car to me in time for an overseas trip I needed to make. Great service, couldn't ask for more.

Just like to say thanks to the service staff who booked my car in, and the guy that dealt with the problem this morning. Booked in for 8am, and away before 09.30 with the fault fully resolved. Would not hesitate in recommending Ian Grieve. From the salesman that sold us the car in January 20, to those I dealt with over the last week or so. Thanks for hassle free service.
