What a terrific family run business this is. We purchased a motorhome from them and the continued service we've had from them has been amazing. When we picked the motorhome up it had been cleaned toa very high standard we also had a bottle of wine and chocolates for our first night out in it. Bought mercedes c class from this garage last week, overall I have to say the whole experience was OK. The car itself was stunning and when we did the deal we agreed a few things needed doing john agreed to do them, including taxing the car for a year. On collection of the car despite a mix up with the private registration, I was impressed with how good the car looked and I felt after all John's efforts I would only make him pay 6months tax I wish i had make him pay the whole year as the car was in need of a interim service which I was not aware of because both times the vehicle was brought round the car was left running, on calling John on the Monday 2 days after the purchase john simply stated yeah that should have been cancelled, not yeah we serviced it and forgot to cancel it.

Or maybe well bring it back and we'll do you a deal on an interim service. The only other complaint was to do with the warranty which I was assured was covered for repairs to the value of 1000 only to find it was actually 500,a lthough the cover was extended from 6months to a year due to the mix up with the private registration. These issues are the only reason for 4*instead of 5, and overall I did think I got a good deal and would buy from them again. Iam a great believer in supporting local businesses.

The mechanics at Murdo Murchison checked over my car on the spot after I'd had an accident nearby. I was very shaken and they fixed a couple of necessary bits and reassured me that my car was safe to drive home and offered to sort out the rest of the necessary repairs. I took it in the following day and received the best care and service and asked if I was ok following the accident. Thank you for your kindness and reassurance - I wouldn't have been able to drive home by myself without it. I will certainly be recommending Murdo Murchison. Saviours!

We're so happy with our new car and can't thank everyone at Murdo Murchison for the great service. My husband and I visited a few weeks ago, we just had a baby so needed to find something a little more family friendly'. Gav and the team were great, we really couldn't fault the service, great banter and really professional people. Super happy with the price we paid; we spent a lot of time trolling around all the local dealerships and this was the last place we stopped on. We wish it was the first! Can't thank you enough folks. I have been dealing with Murdo Murchison for a number of years and have found him and his staff both honest and extremely helpful. I have lately had a dilemma about what car to buy my wife and Finlay at Murdo MURCHISONS As i live in the isle of harris which is considerably further away than than the 70 miles the previous reviewer is and they have on numerous occasions taken a car up to kyle of lochalsh for me to try for an unlimited time and have done so without question.

I have bought several cars from this garage and will continue to do so in the future. Unlike your previous reviewer i would invite you to go to this garage and see both the good cross section of cars they sell at competitive prices and the friendly and helpful staff and owner i have had the pleasure of dealing with over the years.
