I'd been to a few different dealers in search of a car and had varying experiences. Vindis Cambridge was by far the best. Every time we went there a member of staff was in hand to greet us and ask if we needed anything and Kornel, our sales person was brilliant. He was very easy to talk to, not in any way pushy and incredibly helpful throughout the process.

This was the first time purchasing a car by myself & the process was surprisingly fast & really smooth. Tyler Wilson helped me out during the process & I couldn't have more praise for him. He kept me informed all through the process, answered any questions that I had & made me feel really comfortable when in the dealership. If in 4 years he's still at Vindis Cambridge I'll definitely be talking with him about either fully purchasing my new car or getting something new!

I have just purchased a Polo Gt from Vindis Vw, Lewis was the salesman I purchased my car through and I couldn't be happier. The customer service was amazing, I received regular updates as to what was happening with the car before purchase which was helpful, and upon collection I was greeted at the door at taken into the showroom. Despite purchasing a used car, it looks brand new inside and out, and I was still given that experience of the car being unveiled for me which was a really nice touch! I highly recommend Vindis Vw. I have just purchased a new car from Vindis Cambridge. The service I received as soon as walking through door was beyond excellent. Thomas Brinkman the salesperson I dealt with-is a breath of fresh air. it became apparent very quickly Tom is extremely passionate and knowledgeable around the industry. Working through the best possible car for me Tom searched all of the options, clearly and concisely, with no rush, until he came up with the perfect car!
Communication remained fluid until the day of pick up. The manager Brian was also very helpful, he has a great team member in Tom. My experience throughout was extremely professional and very well managed. My new car is great thank you Tom and all at Vindis Cambridge.!

It was a very positive experience visiting the Volkswagen garage and buying my new car. All the staff were very pleasant and Brian was incredibly helpful and dealt with my questions and concerns very well, putting me completely at ease. The level of communication was excellent. I feel I can return with questions if I need to. I never felt pushed into making a decision one way or the other but my new car is lovely and I'm delighted with it. The coffee was good too!

What can I say about this company and the employees apart from they are perfect. Salesperson Tom clare from day one was a joy to talk to, was very knowledgeably and gave us a perfect balance which allowed us to make our choice of vehicle we wanted to buy, the whole company was very professional, there was no pressure, no sales gimmicks just practically choices, we had plenty of time for test drives and even further time to look at options.
Least to say we purchased a new car and it was a joy to buy from the branch. We purchased a Volkswagen T cross, on the day of hand over it was to precision. So we'll done Tom and the whole team.

This is my second new car purchase from Vindis and again I was impressed by the service provided. Unfortunately the person who originally dealt with my order, moved post as did her successor, but generally the purchase arrangements went well and Matthew Keep, who finalised the purchase was very helpful and supportive. The delivery day was fun and I am delighted with my T-Roc convertible. My only suggestion is that the on-line paperwork be streamlined as I seem to have completed the same documents multiple times.

I've had a catalogue of problems with this dealer over the last couple of years. Unfortunately, they are the only Skoda agent nearby. The sales staff are somewhat liberal with the truth and the service staff are prone to making mistakes, in my case with the brakes on my car and could have been very dangerous if I hadn't checked their work carefully myself. The Police buy some of their cars here, so they must be doing something right I suppose.
