Bought a great condition 3 door 2010 Fiesta Zetec S at a very competitive price last year, was very happy with it. (Saw the same model, similar mileage going for about 20% more at a different dealership and that's without the 1 year warranty and was in worse condition). I was skeptical about the warranty at first but I still brought my fiesta in recently after a year and 10k miles for a few issues (coolant leak, suspension spring and seatbelt warning light) and all were fixed under warranty and they did an MOT and replaced tyres cheaply. Very happy overall with the car and warranty service!

Visited car hire side of business cars are not new but very well maintained. But you do have to arrange your own insurance

Friendly staff that understands the needs of those coming to the airbase. Reasonable rates for rentals. The cars have seen some wear and tear, but that's not a bad thing for when you are first getting used to driving in the UK.

Conveniently immediately right outside RAF Alconbury. A bit pricey though.

I have recently bought a ford Kuga from this company. Can't praise the salesgirl enough, it was great dealing with someone who is not pushy, and understood my concerns. Only took three days from putting deposit down to collection. Highly recommend them, great warranty too.

Initally they were easy to deal with both on the phone and in person, got a bargain car which was ready in just a couple of days with full MOT and service. Obviously for what I paid, I was not expecting pristine, but the interior valet was fantastic! However, as I found out later the car had a Cat-C on it which depreciated any possible re-sale value and may have raised the insurance premium - I was not informed of this at point of sale so maybe I should have done a full check myself!

The only reason this place is still open is because it is next to the base. If you are an AMERICAN STEER CLEAR OF STEVE. My wife bought a car before I arrived because of the enticing 12 month warranty. I am a mechanic by trade and from a professional perspective their warranty consists of them putting bandaids on problems until the car is out of warranty.

I had to take the car in five times before I went under it with the mechanic myself two weeks before the warranty expired and showed him it needed a transmission (which was replaced with used one that has an unknown amount of miles on it). Absolutely disgusted by this car lots willingness to take advantage of American service members. Literally buy a car anywhere else before you resort to this scam.

Don't trust anything they say unless it is explicitly stated in their Terms and Conditions of the signed contract. I was told my warranty would last through August, and even had an email from their official email address confirming this, but when I had an issue with the car they refused to honor the warranty and then blatantly lied to me in an email response to my inquiry claiming they told me 3 months prior that the warranty was no good.

If you buy a car from them, expect to need that one year warranty and ensure you read exactly what the T&Cs say the warranty will and won't cover. Do not take them at their word.

I bought my Hyundai Tucson from Steve's Car Sales recently, and I have to say that the service I was given was second to none. I was treated with complete courtesy, nothing was too much, I paid a fair price for the vehicle and came away feeling completely satisfied. I will definitely be going back when the time comes to change my car.

I found the staff very friendly. I'm looking at a future purchase and they seem to have a number of cars that fit my budget. It will be definitely somewhere that I will be going back to. I've bought a few second hand cars in my time and I've never come across a company that offers a 12 month guarantee. The usual standard is 3.

Went for a look at Steve's Car Sales after my neighbour bought her car from them. II picked a rainy day (typical always is on my day off!), anyway I decided on two cars that I liked, and the sales man asked if I would like to wait in the warm whilst they fetched the cars around to the cleaning bay so I could then view them in the dry! I was happy to do that so went into the office, where another sales girl asked if I would like a cup of tea.how nice!, Having looked at both I decided to road test the Ford Mondeo automatic, so they got it ready and then let me take it out on my own, told me I could take as long as I needed.so I did a good long test drive, stopped and looked all around it, tried all the knobs to make sure everything worked and then took it back.

We agreed terms and I paid my deposit, they said it would be ready for collection in two days, and it was!. The salesman helped me buy the road tax on line and explained my warranty to me, then, after paying my final payment, showed me everything in the car before I drove off. Great service, nice people, and they stay open until 9pm in the week. Highly recommend.

Steves car sales have really been good to me. My car needed some serious repairs and they have always been responsive, courteous and professional when it came to dealing with me. They advertise to the military community and rightfully so. You can trust this place and you wont be disappointed. They stand behind their work and vehicles. A-plus for Steves.
