We provide Self Storage facilities at our site in Otley, serving people and businesses located in the areas of Otley, Menston, Guiseley, Yeadon and Ilkley. I bought a BMW from this dealer last week and I have nothing but praise for them. Had a couple of minor problems with the car and they lent me a car while they fixed it straight away. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to purchase a second hand car from them as they are so trustworthy and genuine guys.

I have never used this garage! I rang up couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lad in the service department about a fault with my Great Wall, bare in mind iam no customer of theres. He gave me loads of information and help on the phone and as i hung up he asked me to let him know how i got on with it. Top garage and top bloke who helps without always wanting something back in return, deserve this review.

Travelled by train from Scotland to Otley yesterday to collect a little runabout I'd bought through John the week before. Had only seen photos up to this point but the car was exactly as described, probably even better than I'd expected actually! John called me several times beforehand with progress updates and all the paperwork - Invoice, AA Breakdown Cover, Warranty had been printed off and ready for me when I got there. The whole process was simple and straight forward. Thank you, John.

I have used Edward Johnson for over a year now to service and rescue my cars. I have always found them to be ultra professional and very good value for money. I especially like the fact that on service days Phil comes to my house picks up my car and returns it after the service. There are not many garages who offer that personal touch. Had our car in for a MOT and service this month and was very very pleased with garage. Very trustworthy you can just tell by the way they talk to you, it makes you feel confident in what they are doing. I had one question about my bill and the workshop manager James wasnt around to ask so the lady said he would give me a call back. He very promptly got back to me and put my mind at ease, couldnt do enough for me and again reassured by the confidence he speaks with that they know what they are doing at that place. Having moved to Otlley recently and needing a garage as my car required a new MOT test certificate. I chose Edward Johnson to carry out the test. My failed the test and I as given a quote for the repairs that bit required. These were carried out on time and for the quote I was given. The staff were very good and helpful and true to their word. I will but using this garage in in the future.

I needed my pick up fixing quick. The Service Department said they would ring me back. with the next available slot. They rang me back pronto and fitted me quicker than I expected. The whole service / experience was excellent and professional. I will be taking my pick up back for service soon. The whole team at Edward Johnsons are very helpful and made my repair as smooth as possible.

'First class' service, even during these difficult times. Whole garage experience has been adjusted for safe social distancing, with hand gel and remote drop off facilities. Reception team really really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Work completed ahead of time and 'spot on' the estimate supplied. A genuine locally owned small business which puts the customer first.

Very pleasant buying experience, made easy with Andrew's help. No pressure sales in sight at Johnson's. I did have a small issue with the battery on the car which I bought. These problems can be expected on a second hand car, it's how the issues are dealt with that matters. Within 1 day the issue was sorted by Andrew and the car is running great. I did mention how critical it was that I had a vehicle and so I was provided with a courtesy car while mine was fixed.
