Having bought a number of cars and had them serviced I will not be dealing with them again. I had my car brakes repaired and when returned 6 months later (4000 miles later) I'm told my brakes need further repairs. Pointing out the works 6 months earlier I'm informed they had charged me for works not done. They say an error which would have come to light after a stock take which they say is carried out every 7 months. Amazing stock taken just before my repairs and due just after the overcharge had been pointed out. You judge.

Booked an MOT in with Lawtons, very happy with the service. Expressed concerns that I needed it back by lunchtime for a hospital appointment and they delivered. Also got a clean car! Thank you! Fantastic service! I cannot recommend Lawtons highly enough, they have collected my car sorted numerous warranty issues out, even though I bought the car elsewhere (I cannot get hold of the original dealer) I have used Lawtons for several years now for servicing and the service is always a high standard - Thank you
