Birchwood Ford

My Kia Soul had a fault. Brought it in for repair. I was kept informed and had it back in working order very quickly. Excellent customer service from all in the Kia services department. Highly recommended this garage.

I have purchased two new cars from Birchwood and have been impressed with the service I received from their salesman Robert Innes on both occasions. Definately recommend this dealership.

I brought a Ford Puma recently and everything was dealt with extremely well, friendly and helpful, would definately recommend them.

O.k so please anyone who considers this garage for a service or repair seriously re-think. My experience was very upsetting, both with the time it took and the lack of communication. They sent me three separate invoices in the space of nearly two weeks demanding a payment to proceed work. which gave me little options. I am a builder and rely heavily on this car as my only means of travel.

So very inconvenient. No option of a Coutesy car. Listen for this. After a week of having my car back a RED warning light appeared on my dashboard. Luckily my friend is a mechanic and guided me through a very uncomfortable time. My 7 year old son was devastated. I had to park my car up on the side of the road and call The AA to investigate the problem with my car.

He was very helpful and I had to re-locate from a very dangerous positioning on the road. He explained that the service team forgot to clamp my hose to the air coolant. Any mechanic will know that this causes the engine to over heat. I never want to ever experience this ever again. I can provide proof of the report the AA team have given me. I am very Dissapointed.

We booked directly with Ford by the app from my account to book in the vehicle for the Eastbourne branch. We booked for a Saturday and wanted for collect and delivery service. We got the email directly from Ford regarding the service to be carried out etc at the Eastbourne branch. However on the Saturday no one turned up and no direct communication from Birchwood Ford Eastbourne.

When calling Eastbourne they pointed out they don't offer the collection and delivery service. I was very surprised as no one phoned or sent us the email to explain and of course for us to make up alternative arrangements. I understand not every branch will offer the services which you can book on the app. But a courtesy call or email would have definitely helped. The car itself will never be serviced by Eastbourne Ford and we have taken our services to a lovely local garage.

I was helped by Adrian and Cliff on Thursday evening and Friday morning last week about installing a camera in my car, they phoned me back straight away and gave me prices and Cliff took me to the repairs garage over the road to get a quote for fixing my bumper and Zakina made me a lovely cup of tea. They are always all so helpful, thank you to all of them. I always feel so welcome and the service is always outstanding. Thank you

Tom and Debbie have been 100% awesome in getting my Ford Kuga back to me ASAP and in even better condition than when I took it in! The car was being a right pain and Tom went above an beyond to sort out the gremlins that my car had, while Debbie kept me updated and informed every step of the way.and absolute credit to Birchwood group!

Birchwood never disappoints. Fantastic Eddie our sales professional was friendly, clear and extremely helpful. Lots of useful information gathered and never once did he make us feel uncomfortable as mum and daughter looking for cars and not really knowing what we wanted. Immaculate showroom and forecourt despite being on the main road. Thank you Birchwood another successful visit.

Excellent service as always. Adam has looked after me now for 4 years plus now and always goes the extra mile. Even cleaned my new car when the valet service didn't turn up.
