Excellent after sales customer service. Bought an Audi A3 from Croxley a couple of months ago. Excellent car but discovered a problem with the Multi-Media Interface. Was hesitant about calling Croxley Car Centre about it because it was clearly not something covered by the warranty. Got it looked at by Audi, and they quoted me 4,000 to fix it. Eventually contacted Croxley who fixed it for me free of charge. They really went above and beyond to get a difficult problem fixed. Thanks Pridpal, Andy and Aaron. Refreshing to find a used car dealers that puts the customer first.

I recently purchased an ex Motability SEAT Alhambra, 18 months old with only 1600 miles on the clock. The business is run by two gentlemen who were immensely courteous and helpful and the car is absolutely brilliant, just like new! I was apprehensive about buying a car 120 miles from home but the gentlemen were reassuring throughout and helped me to transfer the funds - I had been worried that there bank transfer might be a problem technically but it all went very smoothly, thanks to their help and the use of their office computer. I would heartily recommend anyone seeking to change their vehicle to use this company; they will happily search for the vehicle of your choice. A very definite FIVE STARS!

If you need a to buy or sell a car stop right here as you will not get any better than this. I have brought and sold many cars in over 30 years and Andy has been the best. He was honest, very fair and honourable. George and Andy helped us, gave us professional help even when they thought they were not going to get any custom from us. Very straightforward and didn't try to hide anything about vehicles, unlike most used lots, Andy He was most helpful to change my car mirror and headlight. Highly recommended. We just bought our lovely family car from these guys - they were super helpful and friendly. I didn't feel pressured or anything to buy the car like some car salesmen make you feel. They even held our dog whilst we took the car for a test drive, gave him some water in the heat etc - thanks guys! I'd buy another car again from these guys
