Purchased a VW Golf under warranty from another dealer but had to take it into Farnham as it was the nearest one after it broke down. Customer service and attitude appalling - no interest whatsoever, couldn't tell me when they would look at my car, when I asked about a courtesy car as entitled to one under the warranty was told that couldn't have one as they didn't have one.
No effort made whatsoever to try and rectify that or offer alternative solutions just looked away. So now I have no idea when I will get my car back and how I am going to get around for the next couple of days. Thanks a lot.
