Very friendly and welcoming and made sure I didn't have to do anything in regards to V5C's and also removing my personal registration. Very happy with the car purchased. We bought from Rushmoor late in 2021 and I was happy with the service. We did have a problem with it in the first few months of use. But they were good when helping us to resolve the issue - offering to assess the issue and claim some parts and labour under the Warranty. Would visit again.

Fantastic Experience! Really Helpful Team! Awesome Car Reasonably Prized!

Had been looking for a Skoda Octavia Estate for some time and when we saw one that fit the bill at Rushmoor, we gave them a call straight away. Team were very informed about the features and history of the car and informed us of a few light scratches on the bumper and therefore we took the risk to secure over the phone as we live the other side of the M25! Needless to say the car was exactly as described when we came to collect and was of a high quality at a fair price.

Car was not quite ready when we came to collect which was not an issue, but we were treated very well whilst we waited and to top things off I received a bouquet of flowers in the post a few days later to apologise again for the short delay we endured. Fantastic service, very happy with our new car, and would not hesitate to deal with this garage again.
