I took my Jeep in several months ago to have some warranty work attended to. The service manager on the desk told me after they had done the inspection and that some parts were required that would be ordered from Italy and they would take a couple of weeks to arrive. They would contact me and advise that the parts were in to re book to have the work done. Interestingly, they performed a " health check " and advised me that the brakes were 70% worn, which was curiose as they had just been replaced! Subsequently they made no effort to contact me.

I have just had another letter from FCA that my vehicle needs a safety recall, which reminded me to chase up Yeomans. Seems recently they don't have the franchise anymore. You think they would have let me know?

I had cameras fitted front and rear which was carried out in a professional manner. BUT I was told that as I lived in Seaford they were not prepared to give me a lift home and be picked up again. I spent half the day in Morrisons supermarket and half the day in Yeomans showroom. A lift or a courtesy would have been nice. I arrived at 9.30am and left at 4pm.
