Had my MOT done today my car needed 2 front tyres and the garage very kindly got and fitted them for me. Just want to say Thank You Guys. Highly recommend this garage so friendly and they even made me a coffee. I'll be back for my service soon.

Recently had all my brake pads changed and rear discs too. Ran in to a few problems on my behalf not the garages but they still give me a 10% discount so that was much appreciated. Will definitely me using them again! Thanks

I would like to pass on my thanks to Jack, Tommy and Matt for outstanding communication and customer service. Personally, for me, post-sales support is what really matters and at the Plough garage, this came in abundance. After some minor issue(s) with the vehicle I purchased, the customer service was spot on, and I felt I was in good hands. Pleasing a customer who has just purchased a used car clearly has it's challenges, especially when things go wrong, however after my own personal experience, I would not hesitate to recommend this garage and have already done so to a couple of friends. *Please note I do not work for nor do I have any other connections to this garage, this is an honest review from a very happy customer.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for looking after me during the purchase of my MINI Coupe. Jack and Simon in the sales department couldn't be more helpful and professional. Backed up by a superb service department headed up by Matt and the team. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone considering a purchase. Purchased a mini convertible from this garage on the 1st April and it certainly did turn out to be an April fools joke! Was in the garage being repaired more than it was actually on the road. Although the garage did pay to fix the car on numerous occasions I had to get rid of the car after 3 months as it was not reliable and it let me down when I needed it to get to work.

The dashboard warning lights were brighter than Blackpool illuminations!.Suffice to say after 3 months this will now be someone else's problem! I spoke with the owner who didn't really seem to care about it. I was told they sell lots of minis every month without any problems.

Booked a viewing with Simon to view a van and received excellent customer service over the phone and on the viewing. I reserved the vehicle with a returnable deposit which was requested within the agreed timeframe. There was nothing wrong with the van just a change of purchase. I will view there stock first when looking for a new vehicle next time and would be happy to buy from them.

Enquired about a vehicle and Simon called me back promptly to organise a veiwing and test drive. Arrived and the showroom and all the vehicles were presented to a high standard. I wasn't rushed and was able to inspect the test drive the vehicle without being pressured. Honestly a great experience and Simon answered all the questions I had! This sale depended on my partner agreeing to liking the vehicle which she hadn't viewed with me so I payed a refundable deposit.

I spoke to another sales rep called Jack who was friendly and told me he would be in the next day should I come back with my partner. Unfortunately my partner decided she didn't like the spec in question so I spoke to Jack and he refunded me the deposit no questions asked. Whilst I didn't purchase a vehicle the service was genuine and friendly. No doubts a purchase would be smooth and hassle free!
