I dealt with James Gilham, one of the sales executives from the first point of contact. He was very honest open and helpful, and even got things moving along for me on his day off so that I could reserve the car while my other car was being sold. He did the sale and handover on his day off, I'd travelled 5 hours on the train so was relieved that the car was exactly as described, perhaps even better. James also arranged for a new MOT and major service without even telling me, and it was a great gesture as neither were due for 4 months.

What a great surprise on the day. Buying the car was made hassle free as James helped me through my bank and insurance IT issues on the day in a totally cool and non flappable manner which saved any stress on my part, and he'd even thrown 30 of fuel in to get me home. Great experience from the first phone call to driving home, and even a follow up to ask if I got back OK and was I happy with the car. 5 stars, if all car sales executives were like James the industry would have a better reputation. Hats off to Chandlers, a 5 hour journey there and back worth every minute. I'm now off to enjoy my used 420i!

Chandlers BMW provided a valuable service with the holiday health check. Advised the job would take about an hour which it did so a comfortable cafe area was welcome. The only complaint was that the inside of the car and especially the boot had not been vacuumed as requested. The outside had been washed although I did the same thing just two days before so not dirty. My rating would have been five stars if not for the dirty inside.

Took my car in for a recent recall and new battery. Can't fault the staff, very polite and professional. The check up video was especially handy, but audio was a little muffled. Overall a good BMW garage. Would be 5 stars but I don't appear that have any paperwork regarding the recall being completed, only the battery.

Always very efficient in booking car in and looking after it when they have it. Very polite staff and keep one up to date with progress during service. Just a shame they don't do lifts home because they are a little bit out of town, and I have no desire to kill time in Aldi! If they offered lifts or picked car up it would be 5 stars.

Mark Brown delivered a delightful service - friendly, informative, professional from initial telephone contact through test drive, product awareness and final purchase. Promptly and kindly answering an out of hours query. Made me feel at ease throughout the whole process and offered a truly first rate service on behalf of BMW, reinforcing my loyalty to this brand. Very happy customer.

My service/MOT appointment was handled by one of the new apprentices Sam, who was very welcoming and polite. Despite my car not being on their daily list of expecting cars even though I had booked in advance, Sam made sure that my car was seen to on the day. Some additional minor work was needed for the MOT which Sam contacted me about and also enabled me to speed the cost over a number of payments. I know Sam is new, but I feel like all staff should be as helpful and welcoming as he was. There were two new Sams working this day, both of who were great!

Chandlers Servicing department were very friendly, professional and ensured all the issues were sorted for me in a prompt manner. I confidently recommend this dealership and will continue to use them for the maintenance of my BMW. Many thanks especially to Chris Allen. Great service and experience. Thank you again.

My first time at Chandlers. A small service task but handled professionally, with the minimum of fuss. The setup is fantastic. I was able to work on site whilst the work was completed and the attention from the main receptionist was perfectly judged. Well done all round and looking forward to my next service.

Had a 'waiting' appointment for a brake fluid change. Very efficient checking in, I looked around the cars outside then sat in the socially distanced seats inside. Took slightly longer than expected, for which they apologised but I didn't mind. Car came back clean and shiny (they asked up front if I wanted the car valeted, which I did) and ready to go. Very happy with the car and felt very safe.

Car went in for servicing and mandatory recall. Great service, was looked after by Simon and whole process from start to finish was very slick including sorting out hire car for the day. One star knocked off as they don't do a collect from home service any more.
