Very expensive & poor communication! Went elsewhere in the end & gained excellent service quite a lot cheaper! Many Thanks to James for replying - The price from a mobile independent locksmith was much lower for the same product programmed & working! Being disabled I was unable to get my car to you for the job to be done! I was quoted crazy money to just move a car from mine to your garage, a figure I could ill afford after what happened my end! Cuff Miller Littlehampton have been around forever, all my life it seems, I moved here in Spring 1983 & it was here then, so they should certainly consider a mobile service even if limited to certain days - Disabled folk need that sort of service! As a dealer I understand that your prices & policies are set at levels the suppliers dictate so not Cuff's fault just too expensive & no mobile service locally.

Only got one star becuase it wouldn't let me put less! Our van went to them with an engine fault at the end of October. Now February and they still haven't even looked at and sorted the fault. We have chased numerous times and keep being put off. Customer service is terrible!

Just had our truck serviced and the staff were super helpful and offer a great service.

Took my 2020 van in for a interim service and to have some warranty work done. Initially the service was mediocre. No communication and a lack of urgency was evident. However after I complained the communication improved. I was updated daily on the progress. Replaced the faulty battery.

Had my car serviced at Cuffs for many years. Always friendly and helpful and have always given me great advice. I wouldn't get my Mondeo looked after by anyone else.

Absolute rip off of a garage. 80 for a "small" diagnostic check. Guy behind the counter just smirks and could not care less. 540 for part and install. Went somewhere else, free diagnostic and 300 for genuine part and install. I'll never buy a Ford again just so I can avoid this place.

Knowledge of their cars and customers is very impressive. My dad ( David Brenchley) who is technophobic hence me writing this review was given a full demonstration of the features of the new car. Nothing too much trouble. This is the second car dad has got from them and is over the moon. Would highly recommend

The showroom itself is clean and nice. The part that let this particular dealer down was the staff and their determination to avoid speaking to myself. When I eventually found a staff member who I could ask about the car, they asked if o could wait as they were dealing with something, so I did. After half an hour of him sitting in the office on his computer, I walked out.
