I'm not sure what has happened but the quality of service from here has dropped in the past couple of years. Latest thing. Bought a brand new car and wanted a dash cam fitted. The business manager booked it in but when I checked a couple of days later it wasn't booked in. Rebooked, but when I got home the email I received was a different date to that I'd been told. Phoned up to change it back to the day I was originally told but when I dropped the car off, was told it wasn't booked in!
They did take it in that day but when I went to pick the car up I asked if someone could show me how the dash cam worked as I hadn't had one before. A member of the service team took me out to my car and said there was the box on my passenger seat with instructions in and then walked off!

This was my first visit to chandler's worthing mini. Right from the time I entered the building from the time I left the staff were so kind, helpful and professional. My mini was looked after very well during its mot. They kept me updated every step during the mot. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I will certainly be taking my mini back again. Thank you for a great service.

Sam and the team have been amazing - they made sure my MOT and seasonal check up was done in good time and to a great standard, always leave me with a clean car and make sure to book me in for repairs at my closest availability. I recently purchased an "approved" used Mini Countryman and traded in my 16 year old Audi A2. The exchange was handled by Sam from the sales department who was effecient and helpful. The car had a fault with the a/c system but this was quickly fixed with help from Simon in the servicing department. I have been impressed with the attitude of those I have met in this company so I intend to have my sevicing carried out here. The car is an automatic and great fun to drive.
