Andrew provided an excellent service when i purchased my audi tt from him, i was increidbly pleased. He went above and beyond to deliver outstanding service when a suspension fault flagged on the car, i thought it would be a staightforward RAC warranty claim, but there were some discrepancies. He liased with the RAC to have this rectified switfly and efficiently, i cannot fault the service provided by both Andrew and the RAC.

After almost two decades ownership of a Smart City Coupe, time came for an update. Having had my old Smart serviced by Andrew in a super efficient and friendly way, there was really only one place to turn to for my next Smart. What Andrew doesn't know about Smarts is not worth knowing. He has been so helpful, giving me all the information to help with my decision. Whilst there are many Smart dealers, including the Mercedes outlets, I would not hesitate to turn to Andrew and can highly recomend his help when looking to buy a used Smart.

We bought our Smart from Andrew in May 2019. The whole experience was pleasant and professional, no pressure and freedom to test drive even though we had turned up without any prior notice. Andrew has a small stock of excellent vehicles, he is clearly a discerning buyer, knowing exactly what he wants to stock - quality, low-mileage examples. Every car was well-presented, though we already knew which Smart we were interested in. Six months on, the car has been totally reliable and trouble-free, a good purchase! I recently purchased a Smart for2 Highstyle from Andrew and the service and quality of the vehicle were both amazing. From the video walk round to the delivery of the vehicle everything was done most professionally. After a small deposit to secure the car you have the option not to complete until you have viewed and test driven it. Would definitely recommend Andrew Shipp Autos.
