Although we always have thousands of cars for sale at any one time, we only hold each car for 30 days. If we sell the car, great! If we don't, back it goes! So many cars, so little time means we keep our margins tight and prices low. And when you come to the Car Shop, not only do you get low, low prices you get honest dealing too. No need for hassle. Such a great experience yesterday at Car Shop Norwich. Found the exact car I wanted in perfect condition at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. Amazing service from Ion who took care of us and provided 5 star service at every step! A big thank you for Heidi as well who made the process so smooth and so friendly. Really appreciate this from both of them, really professional, warm, helpful and efficient!

We have been very impressed with the service we have received when buying our car this weekend. Josh our constant has been fantastic, we've looked at and test driven quite a few car's and really appreciated his knowledge and support in finding the right car for our family! Will definitely use them again the next time we need to buy a car and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

We came in for a Mini, but with your help & guidance left with a Honda! (Which we absolutely love) the most important thing about this experience, you were very informative, but, not the least bit pushy. We didn't feel any pressure on us at all. I only have great feedback about the Car Shop and their staff. Professional, knowledgeable. They keep you up to date with what is happening and what will happen next, which makes the whole event stress-free. A really smooth process from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Brought an Audi A4 today. The staff was very welcoming, nice atmosphere and everyone helpful! I've got to mention our salesman his name is Ion, very professional, knows a lot about cars and is super helpful, explaining everything and give genuine advice on buying the car and choosing the right finance. I went over to get my car valued and had a look round the stock they had while waiting and with the help from the team ended up coming home in a gorgeous new car. The staff are very helpful and patient with you and listen to what you are looking for in a car and what your budget is. The members of staff who helped me pick my car was one of there newer members but you would not have guessed, and the member of staff who helped me with all the paperwork and money side of things was very honest and had a good way of explaining everything so it was understandable.

Just bought a car from CarShop. Excellent journey from test drive, car information, trade in and add on services including MOT for life, three month warranty and paint work and interior cover. Big Dave receives 5 stars for professional service and honesty. I enjoyed the experience and did not feel any pressure to buy. I now own a Honda Civic. Looking forward to driving it home after it's had a full valet.

MUST READ! Unprofessional, dishonest, and incompetent. After a very poor experience at Carshop Northampton I give this feedback as a warning for others, and in particular recommend avoiding the manager Rishi Bhardwaj. 1. 28 Jan 17: While on our way, we received a call from Rishi Bhardwaj, who wanted to confirm that we were still coming. Yet he failed to inform us that the battery on the hybrid car we were interested in had failed, so we would be unable to test drive the car.
On arrival, we decided to have a look at the car anyway, and saw that it had been taken apart with the back seats ripped out. Most likely it had been sitting like that for a while. 2. The sales rep then showed us another car which had a strong smell of petrol inside! He explained, "yes it's normal because sales reps carry around petrol can with them so many cars on the lot smell like this". 3.
They took details, and we specified that the car needed to be petrol and automatic. ON 7 Feb 17, Rishi Bhardwaj emailed us details of 2 cars, one diesel and one manual, further wasting everyone's time. 4. 9 Feb 17: We realized that the sales rep had not given back the driver's licence. After trying to call multiple times, Rishi Bhardwaj picked up and immediately responded, "it's here in front of me." Despite sitting on the licence for 2 weeks and having contacted us but failed to mention the missing licence, there was no apology. Further, after waiting 3 days and not receiving the licence we emailed Rishi who replied that the driving licence had been posted right after we spoke to him. 5. 21 Feb 17: Another 2 weeks, more phone calls and going back and forth, and, yes, still no driving licence. Eventually a rep at the central sales centre discussed the issue with Northampton, who then found the licence and finally, one month after our visit, it was posted back.

I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 and was told that the car has full service history and first time I need to service the car would be 10 months time. Since the purchase I have been chasing CarShop to provide me the service book showing the service history but 1 month passed and they failed to do so. They have sent me a word document saying when the car was serviced which is useless worth nothing.
I have also purchased RAC 3 Warranty which requires you to have service history in order to be valid and I have paid over 900 for that just to find out that the car have no valid service history which makes warranty invalid. Totally unacceptable service for a purchase costed over 25k from a company with multi sites across the UK. CarShop? Never again.
Well I am pursuing my options, legal if required. This is like a joke. Not a shopping from your corner shop which you would not mind. This should not have happened for a vehicle purchase from a large retail group. Shame!

Last year I went here to just have a look around to looking to buy a car with my girlfriend. When we arrived we had to sign in and park up but were told we could take a look around. Almost as soon as we got out the car we were pestered by a sales assistant who told us that for their security we had to give some details (which was odd). We had made the trip so couldn't be bothered to argue much but still made It obvious we wern't happy giving all the details when we only wanted to look but the assistant kept telling us we can only see the cars if we did this and that as soon as he had took all the info he would help us find what we were after (which would have been useful due to the size of the place).
After this phase though he just turned around to us and said ok if you have a look and see what you like come back when you find something. This pissed us off so we spent a couple of mins looking then bought a car elsewhere. Since then we have discovered that most people just wondered around without giving details and that there were no 'security issues'.
Of course when put with the fact that there are excessive admin charges, the staff know nothing about even their own stock and they just don't like people looking at their cars without buying the same day I would give this useless company 1* at a push and suffice to say I would never go back even if it was to have a look around.
After this phase though he just turned around to us and said ok if you have a look and see what you like come back when you find something.
