A very good experience of buying a car remotely. I had used the usual channels when looking for a car and even test drove some locally so I knew what I was after. Bells motors had a very nice range of XC40's including the B5 which was what I was after. I contacted Jack Gardener by phone and text and the communications were helpful throughout (much of it done by text in the early stages).
There was no pressure and the price was competitive. All was sorted with minimal fuss and the car was delivered within a week. I was a little surprised that they did not use a low loader to deliver it but they had a part ex to take away and the bonus was that the delivery driver- David - who came with it was brilliant. Ex policeman, good company and no pressure.
Let me inspect the car and even take it for a spin. Then sat me down and went through all the bells and whistles with advice on best ways to use the car and advised settings for driver convenience. So, overall, would I go back to Bells again for the next car. Yes, I would.

A very welcoming and relaxing experience. The Salesman Andrew, was very professional, but friendly answering every question put to him without issue. He also managed to get me a great offer on my existing vehicle, which made getting a replacement all the easier. One thing that did impress me about this dealership was the ability to test drive the vehicle on our own without any accompanying salesman or hard sales pressure. I really can't recommend this dealership enough.

I ordered a new XC40 back in July from Andy. To no fault of their own, it was delayed. Bells Volvo kept me mobile in some amazing cars after my previous cars finance finished and was returned. This is how easy car buying SHOULD be. We first started looking for a new car a for my wife a month ago. Everywhere stating 4-8 month delivery time. very frustrating. Then we came across Bells Volvo, online. They had the car we wanted in stock. One of the very few in the country as it stood. So we started speaking with Dawn. She is lovely, and really made the experience so simple. Attentive, courteous, patient, friendly. and super efficient. 10 days from first making contact and we have taken delivery this morning. James came 60 miles from Northampton to deliver, communicating his time of arrival in advance.
He was punctual, and then very patient as my wife was on a works call. He then diligently showed us the features of the car, and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Great service form this team, and I couldn't recommend them more! Cheers guys.

The customer service that Jack provided was outstanding! He made the whole buying process of our new car really simple and stress-free! Once again, a great experience with Bells Volvo. We purchased our previous car from Bells - approx 60 miles away from our home town, thanks to a poor experience with Volvo Leamington Spa. The car was coming up to the end of it's contract and we were contacted by Anthony who could not have done more to get us a great new car. He took time to make sure he could get us a vehicle which fitted my picky spec requests and colour requirements, all within the budget we specified.
At times I was speaking to Anthony more than he spoke to his wife because he wanted to make sure everything was right for us before we committed to the car. The hand over was simple and easy, hardly took any time at all and we were soon on our way back home 100% satisfied with our experience. We visited Bells Northampton after having a really bad experience with another dealer, this experience as well as others in the past had left us untrusting of car sales people in general and although a necessity, we weren't looking forward to looking for our new car. However, we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised, on walking into the. showroom we were met by Ricky who was friendly, enthusiastic and professional.
He wasn't pushy at all and gave us time to chat, we felt like he was genuinely interested in getting to know us and what we were looking for. Whilst chatting, we mentioned our situation, which involved a safety issue with our current car and that we were in dispute with.

However smart this showroom looks I cannot recommend this dealership. They allowed me to test drive a car which had not been cleaned properly or sanitised and are still keeping my deposit after I decided not to buy their car because they would not put on a new tyre as I requested? I shall be contacting the Motor Ombudsman to get my money back I can safely say that this is the WORST Volvo franchise I have ever visited. Shocking levels of service.

Another good experience of having my XC40 serviced at Bells Volvo. Gary on the Service desk was polite and professional and extremely helpful when I wanted more information about how Apple Car Play works- I've had an issue connecting sometimes). Even though he is not a Volvo owner(maybe he needs to be to help customers with queries?) he talked us through the process, something that was not explained adequately when we bought the car in 2019. The car arrived back valeted. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments too. Thanks, Bells!

We bought our first ever Volvo from Bells Motor Group in Bedford last week. I've been really happy with the entire service provided, especially from our Sales Executive, Chisala Chiyungi. Understandably there were some delays on the delivery of our car, given the current global supply chain problems, but we were kept well informed by Chisala and. received our car 4 months after ordering it, which i think is pretty good.
The handover process was thorough, but since then Chisala has been willing to help with any additional queries we have about the car as we get used to it. Overall I'm very happy.

Currently looking to replace my current car. I have been to a few garages to look for an electric car. It was a breath of fresh air to speak to someone(Michael) who actually knew what they were talking about not only with Volvo but other brands. Most didn't seem bothered or knew nothing about electric. I'm booked in at the weekend where I hope to purchase my new electric Volvo.

Having used Bells Volvo, and specifically Marc Tilling, for a previous lease Volvo, when it came time to replace the car - and this time to buy - we went straight back to Marc. And yet again, he provided a full 5* Service; great communication, an honest and good deal from the start and that personal touch that's so often missing these days. We did also interact with other staff at Bells Volvo, and they were all professional, courteous and friendly. As such, we highly recommend this Volvo dealership, and would whole-heartedly recommend anyone looking for a Volvo to speak with Marc Tilling.

Marcus Little from the Bedford branch has been an absolute superstar throughout the process, providing excellent customer service from the initial phone call through to collecting my new car. His friendly and completely non-pressuring approach was refreshing for a sales person and I will most certainly ask for Marcus again when it's time to upgrade! Collected a S90 yesterday and, despite Covid Restrictions, Bells Volvo were exceptional throughout - Particularly "Marcus Little" who exerted No pressure to purchase, in favour of patience when answering questions and an extremely professional service throughout and which, not only made my decision to purchase an easier one it directly closed the deal for me.
