Excellent service. Even from nearly 150 miles away, the salesman couldn't do enough to help and assist with our queries and decision on the purchase. Having made the trip to collect the car, all the staff were very welcoming and really engaged with our young family, which enabled us to get all the paperwork done. The endless supply of drinks and chocolate also helped! We would really love to have a BMW dealership nearer us with this level of customer service.

I think most of us are not big fans of cars sales men! I must say my experience with this dealership was absolutely fantastic! Roger helped me through out the part exchange and they went beyond to ensure I am happy with my purchase. I also used the workshop service to paint the car wheels and I am very happy with the result! I would use their services again when I am in the market.

I would love to say a big thank you to all the men and women at BMW Wollaston who have helped me over the past few days. I recently picked up a new (to me) 2017 BMW R1200 RS and had nothing but the most pleasurable experience ever. I walked into the dealership for the first time and caught eyes with a gentleman named Garry, I proceeded to ask about a bike that I'd seen online but fortunately had been sold.
This was fortunate because it enabled me to look around a bit more and see what they had there and just as I was leaving spotted the RS. Garry was more than happy to help me with all the questions I had to ask, and went the extra mile with making a lovely brew for me and my mum. My overall experience when I left the shop that day was absolutely brilliant and as someone who works in a very customer facing job himself, understood how much leaving a review like this can help out.
I had an issue with the battery and the bike starting so called the place up and before I even arrived that day, they had a loan bike arranged and ready for me to use but due to insurance reasons and my age I couldn't use.but this was no issue! Garry and Stephen (the service manager I believe he was) were straight onto going the extra mile and replacing the battery completely there and then which I was more than thankful for.
I would like to personally thank everyone at BMW Wollaston who helped me and gave me the upmost respectful experience I'd ever had at a dealership before, and to say thank you to Garry for being so helpful and confident in helping me purchase my first ever BMW motorbike. I could not recommend this place more if you are looking for a dealership who's reputation speaks for itself as soon as you walk through the door. Thank you BMW Wollaston!

I recently purchased a new car for my wife where I was looked after by Mark French who I must say did a fantastic job. We looked at the same vehicle from a few dealers but ended up working with Mark because He did a lovely walkaround video of the vehicle which my wife loved, this was something the other dealers didn't do. Mark was super efficient with communication not at all pushy and understood our needs perfectly. Mark also took the time to deliver the vehicle personally which I thought was a nice touch. I purchased a 320d tourer from Wollaston BMW and from initial contact, right through to picking up the vehicle, I was extremely impressed. Dan was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble, even going above and beyond to move vehicles around the forecourt to take pictures which allowed me to compare the different colours side by side. I was kept informed throughout and there was never any pressure to buy which can often be the case in the world of car sales. Dan is an asset to the company and throughout the experience, gave a really professional, friendly and easy going vibe. I would certainly recommend Wollaston BMW and will look to go there again when I come round to replacing my vehicle.

Excellent from start to finish. Purchased a used non BMW from Dan at Wollaston, despite buying a Fiat and not a BMW, we were treated as though we were buying a top of the range BMW! Patient, non pushy sales team, who couldn't do enough to answer our every question, and went above and beyond in sending through information that we asked for, multiple test drives arranged without a problem by Dan, he even went the extra mile and personally buffed out a minor paint defect before we picked up the car. If I could leave 6 stars I would!

Perhaps the best customer service experience that I've ever encountered! Let me start by saying I've been a KTM rider since my teens, so to move over to BMW was a big jump! I wasn't keen on the new KTM 1290, so I thought I'd pop in to look for a used GSA1200. I met a sales rep in there called Brendan, who was highly knowledgeable and suggested I take a GSA1250 out for a test ride, to see what I thought.
After the first five minutes, I knew this was the bike for me! Brendan was patient with me, as I had to get permission from the boss (the Mrs!) And sell my KTM first. I appreciated this, as having spent a number of years in sales myself, I learned to avoid pushy sales people. Brendan sent me over some options and worked with me on the numbers, to ensure it was affordable for me.
Once we had found the model, Brendan and the team worked incredibly quickly in the background for me to collect the bike on my chosen day, with a fantastic hand over process. Once I had purchased the bike, Brendan helped me to decide on the black panniers and back box, before introducing me to Mark, who has then gone above and beyond to help me to get these fitted, around my busy schedule. 10/10 for every aspect of this experience so far, and a massive thank you to Brendan and Mark for making this experience first class!

A couple of weeks ago I went to Wollaston Motors to try to buy some oil for my car. I'd previously had an Audi that had a special oil that had to be bought from the dealers and wanted to know if my new BMW suffered from the same fate. After being shunted around until I found the 'parts' department, we found ourselves waiting in a warehouse-like area being totally ignored by the chap behind the counter.
He was asking a lady detailed questions about her car and when she shrugged, he admitted he didn't actually know what difference it made anyway because he 'wasn't a technician'. We could hear people moving around in the back but he neither acknowledged our presence nor (obviously) called anyone to come and serve us. After 10 minutes of being ignored, we just walked out.
I doubt he even noticed. Yes, OK, we were there for a container of oil, but for all he knew, we could have been after 2k worth of alloy wheels - and yes, we know how dear some of them are because we had plenty of time to stare at the price list whilst we stood there with our invisibility cloaks on. Poor show BMW - I expect better. Considering the guy at Audi not only sold me the oil but took the time to go out in the car park and top it up for me, you've got some catching up to do.
