Spirit Hyundai Spirit Motor Holdings limited is a family business founded by Philip and Jean Derbyshire in October 1991 when the company opened its first Volkswagen Dealership in Banbury Oxfordshire. In 1996 Spirit expanded with the addition of Spirit Volkswagen in Warwick which moved to flagship premises in Royal Leamington Spa in 2002. After 15 extremely successful years with Volkswagen, Spirit expanded with two additional car franchises, in Northampton on the Riverside Retail Park with Hyundai and Suzuki based alongside the Volkswagen showroom in Leamington Spa.

The Affinity Scheme is offered to employees of select corporate organisations or retired employees receiving a pension from an eligible company. Proof of employment will need to be supplied upon the purchase of a vehicle. The scheme is also extended to immediate family and step relations. There is no need to reside at the same address or have the same surname, but proof of relationship needs to be provided, whether it be marriage certificate, birth certificate, utility bill along with a signed letter confirming the relationship from the Affinity partner who is entitled to the scheme.

I will not recommend any body to take their cars to them for repairs. They will charge you alright, but you will bring back home your car the same way you took to them.

Unhelpful, service department manager not interested in assisting customers. Obviously they have so much work they can pick and choose what work they want to take on! In response to your reply, my car is not in for a 'repair' it is in awaiting a software update, it has no outstanding or current faults on it. So your basically saying that you won't do software updates on cars that other dealers have diagnosed. Also as you told be 'it's your prerogative to take elsewhere' so I will.

My car came in for what I thought would be a quick fix covered by warranty. It turned out to be not a quick fix, however the person I was dealing with did a great job dealing with the warranty company for me and making sure I wasn't stuck without a vehicle to use just before Christmas. Great service thanks and will recommend to others.

Staff were polite and seemed helpful but i was mis informed on many parts of my purchase and things only came to light once I had picked up my car. Now I have been trying to contact the branch no joy. I have also tried to complete the online form and it is a nightmare emails sent no response. Will be thinking of using ford again for my next car.
