I've been coming to CS Automotive since I moved to Tennessee over 6 years ago. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine at the time, and couldn't be more happy with them. Vehicle maintenance and repair could easily be a brutal experience, I've had my fair shares in the past. But CS Automotive treats you like family. In my opinion, they are everything you could ask for in a service provider: They provide excellent work, timely, communicate extremely well, provide loaner vehicles, wash your car so it's nice and fresh once completed, have a great waiting area inside, will shuttle you if needed, or even go above and beyond the general scope of what they can even do.

Quick story: I recently went to Wyatt Johnson Ford since I have a ford because I needed my rear window replaced for a leak that CS told me on the phone they cannot do. Because I was so used to the service I had been given at CS, I pulled my truck from their lot after nothing had been touched in 5 days. I called CS immediately, and they told me to come in and drop it off the next day (they could squeeze me in if I gave them a few days).

They don't do window repair, but they called someone for me while the rest of my truck was getting serviced, coordinated, paid it, and basically just took care of whatever my truck needed to make it a seamless/easy process. They are incredible, friendly staff, I don't even live close but will always come back and use them. Can't recommend them enough. Best in class!

Very good experience. I moved to Nashville recently and needed someone to maintain my 2008 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I took the car in for routine maintenance and then, after checking my records to confirm recommended items were needed, took my car back for 3 or 4 recommended follow up items. The people at CS were very friendly and efficient. Intake was quick and the car was ready on time.

They gave us a loaner for the day when we had several substantial items of work performed and when we picked the car up it was clean. They communicate well by phone or email or text.

I have never had a better experience than at CS Automotive! They sent me a detailed email outlining exactly what my car needed, when it needed it (immediately or in the future) and pictures of the things they were addressing. Everyone was so kind and Lori was a joy to work with on getting my car in tip top shape for an upcoming cross country trip! A truly great experience!

Took my 07 Corolla in for an oil leak, which turned out to be a pretty extensive repair. All the staff were very pleasant. They offered me a rental car for a few days at no additional charge, which was extremely helpful. I pointed out a very small oversight on their part related to the repair, and they went above and beyond to make it right for me. I highly recommend them and will continue to work with them in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this service. The auto repair service was initially having trouble diagnosing because I poorly described my issue (I mentioned the engine sputtering but it was really a jerking sensation) and they weren't able to look up the issue on the system's computer because it wasn't appearing. They were able to get me a rental while repairs took place (a Lexus Hybrid Sport).

They believed they figured out the issue, but couldn't repair it due to some parts being required to be fixed at a Jeep dealership only. As a result, they didn't charge me. Despite not making a dime off of me, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they still took the time to vacuum my car and leave a note thanking me for my business. I can't say enough how impressed I was at the customer service and transparency displayed by this company, and I highly recommend them.

I returned from a long trip and my truck started to overheat. Next morning (Friday) I noticed I had a major antifreeze leak. Was told to bring truck in and they would "try" to take a look at it that Friday evening to determine the issue. Found the Water Pump was cracked and a few other hoses should be replaced. They needed to keep my truck over the weekend but were able to assemble a parts list so they could be ordered first thing Monday. Seeing my truck is 2013 with almost 250k miles, and that the job would require some effort to get to the water pump by removing other belts and hoses, they suggested that I might want to replace those with fresh belts and hoses seeing they had to remove them anyways.

So seeing the labor was already included I jumped at the opportunity in order of having a separate repair bill down the line. Im never happy when I have to pay the bill, but am very happy with the way CS Automotive runs their business. Communication is straight forward and they don't pressure you. They suggest and recommend by their findings. And the fact that they needed to remove certain parts to get to the problem, I liked getting the option to replace with new if I wanted. Saved me a future headache!

I got my truck back a few days ago, I don't like to fill these out before I run the truck for a few days to make sure it was fixed. Happy to report the problem is fixed! I appreciate CS Automotive honesty (not an easy word to use when talking about an auto repair business) and beginning to have a little Man Crush for the mechanic Tanner as I was worried from my research I had issues with the Turbo cooling lines that would have been major $$$$! Without a doubt, I will continue to use CS Automotive!

Another great experience at CS Automotive! Had a tune-up on my 2004 Lexus with over 250k miles on it. I can definitely tell a difference, there's a little more "pep" in this old vehicle after the service. Services: Auto engine tuning, General repairs & maintenance

Always greeted with a smile at the front desk. Because you have an appointment, immediate work is started on your car. Mechanics are excellent and sometimes ask for more feedback from the customer to get a better understanding of the customer's concerns. The waiting area is beautiful and makes you feel right at home. I highly recommend C S for Lexus repair.

Excellent customer service. Very detailed in exploring problem with my vehicle. And I was 2 hours from home and they managed to fit me in their schedule because I had an emergency. I thought I had blown a hose or some sort of leak from radiator, etc. Because there was a strange smell coming from under my hood. Loved the attention to detail and the follow up the next day. Nicely done CS Automotive!

CS Auto does amazing work! They are thorough, knowledgeable, and only use OEM parts, which if you own a Toyota, is a must. Highly recommended for any Toyota/Lexus owner. Tanner is an amazing technician.
