Very helpful parts department, quick & efficient. Even received a goodwill discount as an apology for delayed parts shipping out, which was a kind gesture for them to do. Had my MOT done with them recently and couldn't fault their customer service. Job all done quickly and were able to estimate a good price for future work. Will certainly be using them again in the future!

I do not recommend to anyone, if your car don't pass MOT they hit you up for money, they have requested over one thousand pounds for fixing my car, no way, my car mechanic did it for L200, they picking on everything, and if you choose another garage they are so malicious, little advice stay clear of this dealer, if you don't believe me take a chance and good luck

I am absolutely disgusted with picador sholing after booking my car in atleast a week in advance for a simple job to be done they said the part has arrived so I dropped my car off when they opened and they said i will get a call once the job is done, as the day went on I never recieved a call so I then phoned them about 4pm and they said the part has not even arrived and they had done nothing

Purchased a used Kia Ceed in November in which was a quick, pleasant experience. Things changed a month later when issues occurred when starting. Took the car back and the issue was resolved. A few weeks later the same issue happened. This time I had to use the AA as the warranty recovery will not recover within a mile of your home address. Again the issue was resolved.

One week later the car would not start. I had to arrange recovery with the garage this time. The recovery van arrived and to my surprise the driver told me he had picked up this car 4/5 times prior to my purchase. On any of these accations a courtesy car was not available. Finally after I had to constantly contact Picador to get updates a refund was arranged, but they wanted to deduct 500 off the total as I had the vehicle for 3 months.

When I mentioned that they made a profit on my part exchange a full refund was eventually offered. Given that I need a vehicle to get to work the whole experience ended up being a very stressful and expensive (loss of earnings) experience for myself and my family.

Just called in to change address. Staff helpful and friendly. Covid masks all worn making a very safe environment. Job completed in a few minutes.

I bought a used car from Picador Vauxhall in July and it recently developed a very unusual fault. I contacted their CEO who was very sympathetic and asked their Service Manager Ben to help me. He delivered me an automatic MOKA to use and took my car away. He kept me fully advised and brought my car back after 3 days having sorted the problem to my complete satisfaction. The customer service I received was fantastic and far beyond my expectations

I hardly write reviews but these guys deserve one. I bought a used car from Picardor Southampton. Excellent service from Martin through out the sales process. Car developed a fault and warranty company did not pay the full amount, but Martin arranged balance to be paid by Picardor. Highly recommended. 5 start overall. Thanks Dan.

Superb team in the used car department. I bought a car from James, a really lovely guy who was honest, non pushy and did his utmost to help with any questions. Car was serviced and cleaned before I collected. The used car team are knowledgeable, friendly and professional, and I would wholeheartedly recommend buying a car here. In fact, I went away, looked at other cars and came back to buy from these guys! People buy from people and it is so true!

Recently purchased second hand Honda Jazz and the salesman James Wright was brilliant, I highly recommend this salesman who explained all options available and allowed me as much time as I needed to make my decision (Car Sales). Few days later I had booked the car into Picadors repair department for a water wash filter clean and staff at reception were friendly and helpful.

There is an indoor area to sit and wait for your car. They even had electric heating fan to keep customers warm. The location has free hot drinks and a drinking water machine, magazines to read or TV to watch. Disabled toilet available.
