With Mercedes-Benz Express Service, two dedicated Technicians will get you back on the road quickly with Service A in 1 hour or Service B in 2 hours* leaving you free to get on with your day. Additional time may be required if your vehicle requires a Gearbox oil change during your Service A or if any additional items are identified during your Service.

4MATIC is far more than just a standard 4 wheel drive. This system automatically adjusts to allow you to drive across different types of terrain and road surface. If any of the four wheels begins to slip, power is automatically sent to the opposite wheel - no matter which wheel. Even if three of the four wheels are affected, the fourth wheel will adjust to support your driving conditions.
Every Approved Used Mercedes-Benz comes with a guarantee of at least 12 months' comprehensive unlimited mileage1 warranty. At any time your car is being repaired under warranty, we'll also pay up to 100 per day (including VAT) [1] towards the cost of a replacement vehicle. Please note the wear and tear benefit is not applicable for vehicles over 3 years of age which have exceeded 100,000 miles.

Honestly, could not recommend Winchester Mercedes high enough. From the greeting at reception to the hands on help and just down-to-earth approach from the parts professional I dealt with (Dan), just truly brilliant. Dan originally was helping me with a Mercedes Me optional extra for my car, then ended up helping me with number plates to which he then found someone to fit and then a few accessories for my little one. Customer service second to none, which is very rare these day. Workmanship appears to be good, however their upselling shenanigans leave nothing to be desired. I dropped my car in to get a visual health check, and was 'advised/recommended' that I needed a few things, including but not exclusive to the following: 1. 10L of AdBlue 14.59, even though the 'tank' was only 1/3 (at most) used, and it takes approx ten litres - I wonder if I would have been given the reminder ? 2.

A blow out but possible new switch block for the steering wheel at an obscene cost of 145. 3. Front and rear discs slightly corroded, but not pitted nor damaged, at a cost of 510 odd. And to cap it all, waiting over ten minutes to collect my car, even though they weren't serving anyone. In summary: Quick to add charges or scaremonger people into buying things, not so quick in providing a decent service!

Popped in whilst driving by for a quick part-exchange enquiry. My partner and I were greeted David just as we were appreciating a beautiful S550 Coupe. Fortunately the part-exchange query happened to be for that very car! All I can say is that David had shown brilliant salesmanship, was courteous throughout the entire interaction and had even arranged a test drive within 20-30 minutes!
