I purchased a KODA Karoq from them the whole process from start to finish was excellent. I can't recommend them high enough. They put you as the customer first and foremost no hard sell on Gap insurance or body products.

I purchased a new car from White Dove Skoda last month and have been continuously impressed by their Customer Service at every stage of the process. We had a small concern with the car and this was dealt with superbly (courtesy car whilst ours was being looked at, my car returned to me all sparkly having been cleaned, good communication etc). Would definitely recommend - and thanks to Emily and Nathan especially for their help!

I was looking to take advantage of the equity that had built in my car to get an equivalent (but much cheaper to run) vehicle while also lowering my repayment costs. Having little luck locally, I found a car that was virtually identical to mine, same model SE L, same colour, less miles, it just lacked the virtual cockpit and fancier alloys. So, I arranged to swap my Karoq 1.5TSi DSG for a 1.6TDi Manual with White Dove and the process from start to finish was, quick, easy and painless!

My sales rep., Emily King was kind, courteous and professional. I never felt I was being pressured into the sale or pushed for "value added" extras. The finance swap was well explained, Emily gave me choices over mileage options and was happy to send me a couple of revised agreements. My road tax was handled with the deal so I didn't have to part with a penny in cash.

The only (very small) caveat to this sale was, despite negotiating on the sale price I only managed to knock Emily down 200, only later to find Skoda were offering 250 deposit on used cars anyway! In her defence, after factoring in being offered an extra 500 for my old car compared to my local dealer and not having to pay any administration fees either (my local dealer charges 149 which just gets added to the finance, with no explanation of what it's for?) I can honestly say, I genuinely feel I walked away with a good deal.

In contrast I felt robbed by my local dealer after being talked in the best part of 2000 worth of pointless extras! I'm very satisfied with my new Karoq, and would definitely recommend White Dove to friends (if only I lived a little closer). If I buy another Skoda in future, I will certainly be giving them a call and will avoid my local dealership, other than to service my new purchase!

All I can say is the staff here are great picked up the new car. From start to finish was brilliant kept me updated all the way. Even got the car a few weeks early. The Skoda Enyaq is a great car
