Bought a beautiful new Mokka SRI Premium with Darren's help, and he was faultless. I was advised of everything, I was shown everything, test drove a Mokka, I was asked what I wanted in the car and every effort was made to ensure everything I asked for could be accommodated. Also arranged to buy a car for my mum from him. Absolute delight to deal with. Full of knowledge, efficient, I was kept you up-to-date with the progress of my car at every step.

Went to sort out a new vehicle on Wednesday 9th March and was greeted by a Mr Wade Ansell who put me at ease from the off and offered me refreshments before we got started on looking at different options for different vehicles, the gentleman sorted out the vehicle of my choice and sorted everything out with part ex. I intend to sue WJ King on the grounds that there was a contract between us. I relied on the promise from you in that I reserved the car and paid a deposit. The car was reserved and you the seller was aware that your selling it to someone else despite your promise to hold it for me would cause me a loss. Reserved a car with W J King, paid the 99 deposit and arranged to go the next day to buy.

Someone else turned up and they sold my car to them even though I had reserved it and paid the deposit. Don't trust this dealer they cheat their buyers and the reservation system is a lie.

Wow what an excellent experience we had with wade, great service very welcoming and accommodating to our needs. We got the car we wanted, even with a little petrol. Wade went through the car details, design and function's appon arrival of our car. Thanks wade for going above and beyond.

After viewing cars online and in car yards I felt deflated and unsure. On meeting Wade Ansell the Senior Sales Consultant who gently explained every financial option available and then worked hard to find me a great deal, I would totally recommend him. I have returned home with a lovely car that Wade has had detailed and inspected and which I feel safe and look forward to driving. Thank you it means alot.

Absolutely terrible service. First of all they sold me a car with a fault with air conditioning and I was naive enough not to check if the cooling system works at the time. Accepting that's my mistake I still continued getting my regular service done at their test center as they are certified Vauxhall service providers though they are expensive compared to other test centres.

Now with my recent car service they introduce new faults and fail to take any responsibility and blame it on me giving all sorts of reasons trying to deny it's their fault and telling me I have not checked every detail when I picked the car or not telling them soon enough where infact I was trying to reach them since weeks but they are always busy to take complaints. Wouldn't recommend sales or service from personal experience as there is no trust involved with customers. High prices don't always correspond to high standards.

Not sure why Vauxhall branches has different names from each other but would be interesting to find out at some point. Vauxhall Rochester they have a reasonable stock of new and used Vauxhall vehicles available, give them a ring before hand so they can book you in and have a chat with you. The team was helpful, talked through the options with myself. They are toilets available to be used. They have a nice design lay out at the store but they are not got a lot of spare for the stock compared to other dealers.

I've had the best experience at WJ King Rochester I am admittedly a very hard person to please so I warned the very patient Simon before he even said hello I'd be a nightmare customer and I'm sure I was! However he picked out one car for me to look at with everything I wanted and that's the car I ended up taking home what a genius! I've been majorly looked after by Simon, Tony, Vanessa and the team and I'm so happy I went for "a look" from start to finish it was all about me and what I wanted and I couldn't be happier - what more can you ask for?

Intentionally put an old listing (August 2021) for an already sold car on the site to bait in customers, only to be told the car isn't available well after an appointment has been made. This goes to show how honest this dealership is. Avoid.

Great Services. Negotiation open and transparent. After long time looking for a value for money car, my Wife and I end up visiting WJ King in Welling. Wade from Sales team was extremely kind and helpful. He identified quickly what we were looking for and suggested a great car.

All the staff in this branch is very friendly and helpful. I went to see Corsa with Simon Miller who demonstrated his incredible expertise, was very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend him to everyone. He will help to find exactly what you need. I had very good experience with him and he dedicated a lot of time with me.

I usually don't bother doing any reviews, but this time i felt the need to do one in case i save someone else's money out there. I am very disappointment with the service I got this time. I have been a customer for a couple of years at this garage. They misdiagnosed my car after charging me for diagnostics and replaced a part which probably did not require any replacement, as the problem of my leaking coolant carried on and even got worse.

After taking the car back there they then diagnosed something else quoting a ridiculous amount of money to replace a water pump, which i refused to do as i no longer trust them. I did not even get any remorse from the people who attended to me, for a bad job they did. Only to get the same job done by a smaller garage for a much cheaper price than the rip off i was being quoted for. I have had excellent experiences from other vauxhall garages in the past. This is probably the worst. If you can help yourself keep away from this garage

Well managed for safety of covid, hand gel on entry still available and notice on door for masks to be worn and exit door in different location to entry. The person we had a appointment arranged with, was polite, respectful and able to do her job well. We was sorted with minimal effort and time inside. Everything explained, ,c ars in showroom available to look outside and inside on request. Happy with today's visit and staff. I would recommend this dealership. Based on the two visits I have made

I would definitely recommend WJ King In welling. My experience with them has been exceptional. I have used this branch multiple times for every car I have had and have never had any complaints, Never a bad service or overall experience. I was served by Wade Ansell every time And every single time I've had contact with him he has gone above and beyond to accommodate and help me with every issue/situation.

He is friendly, welcoming and an all round great salesman. He kept me updated every step of the way with great communication. I have recommended friends who have also had a great experience with wade and would highly recommend to use this branch and to ask for Wade. Brilliant service, Could not be happier.
