Baught a car from these guys few months ago and I have not had a single issue with them. Everyone is friendly and had such great service whenever I needed it. They will look after you and therefore I will definitely recommend TopGear to anyone looking for a car

Was just looking as was scammed by clairmont Chatham and was left without car, so needed to find one for work, friendly greeted didn't buy car as sadly out my budget but they had some nice cars. Would recommend!

Just picked up my used ford focus, everything was as described, got my vehicle on finance and everything went through smoothly, communication from the dealer was good and car was washed and valeted when itpicked up, great selection of vehicles on the forecourt. would recommend to others

Great service unfortunately my Audi Qhad a issue with a nox sensor while the car was under warranty and the guys at top gear went above and out there way to get it sorted ASAP. Highly recommended.

I bought a car from these guys on may 1st and the first problem occurred on may 4th lol These guys do not service cars especially if part ex but they do offer a 3 month warranty. The car went in a further 5 times with various issues I will say though that they really looked after me until issues were sorted Choose these guys and you won't be dissatisfied they did all they could to make me happy., happy driving

A very pleasant experience. As we all know, buying a second hand car is not the best job. Having seen numerous supposedly hpi clear vehicles that had been poorly sprayed and repaired it was with relief that we found top gear car sales to be a genuinely straight and pressure free team. Finn was very helpful and they all went that little bit above and beyond to get us what we wanted and to enable us to drive away the same day as it was a 2 hour journey.

A refreshing change to find people who actually are bothered about your experience, not just your money. They provided the hpi report and set up road tax etc as part of the 99 admin fee. Access by road is easy and close to motorways, there is a petrol station and McDonald's right opposite.

"Typical" non main dealer car sales establishment. Phoned them on the morning of my visit to confirm the vehicle was still available and it ran and looked as per the images, of which I was told absolutely, lovely car etc. Travelled over 2 hours and hit the typical M25 traffic at the Dartford Crossing so called ahead to apologise for the delay, again this was no problem, I was advised the car was still available and had been moved to the front of the forecourt for a test drive if I wished to take it out.

Upon arrival there was no visitor parking and I was told to just "chuck it up the path". I waited both inside the building and outside on the forecourt and nobody came to offer assistance. I found the car not to have been moved so was in the corner behind 2 rows of cars which in turn were also boxed in by other vehicles nor even cleaned even though I'd already been informed everything was in place for my viewing.

The vehicle was not as described with a dent on the left front wheel arch, both door edges damaged due to hitting something, I would assume walls/fences, all 4 callipers were heavily corroded, so much so I could actually brush off flakes of metal with my fingers through the wheel spokes, there were 2 scuffs through the paintwork and a scratch along one side, none of which were photographed or advertised.

I would have commended the administration team (online web chat) and telephone receptionist for their correspondence and communication however feel this was the lure to get me in. Sadly they were let down by everything details above. On the plus side the McDonald's opposite offered up a lovely coke and mint aero McFlurry so that cheered me up, in, served and out in under 5 minutes. Great place that provided excellent service. A good selection of cars by a family run business. If visiting, ensure you ask for 'Fin'. A very genuine, caring and attentive sales person. I travelled over 200 miles to get my car from here and I was very happy I did.

EXCELLENT service from Chris. Bought a 3 yr old Mokka X elite, we are over the moon with it. Lovely car drives like new. I have bought cars from T G cars in the past and never had any issues with them Quick and easy transaction. Customer service impeccable. 5 .

Be warned a very dodgy garage! Just like alot of other reviews said should be no stars, i drove miles to view a car which was 9000 and first thing i noticed was the cheap Chinese tyres brand new then a broken armrest and to top it off the passenger window was off the regulator broken. I was disappointed to drive so far to waste my time to be told we can fix it, No car costing more then even 1000 should be seating on a fourcourt broken let alone 9000 and that was the things i noticed. Who knows what the engine was like. So just be very careful
