Had a question about recalls on my Subaru forester. The young lady in the service department was most friendly and helpful.

A family run business with old fashioned customer service, they service vehicles to manufacturers standards with no cutting corners, lovely helpful staff and a quality established garage. SUBARU main dealer and MITSUBISHI service centre two Japanese brands that are actually built exclusively only in JAPAN! yes it does make a difference to the quality with all parts 96 per cent Japanese sourced.

I have my Subaru Forester regularly checked at Woodcock Road, having purchased it from Constitution Motors over three years ago, and I am always impressed with the pleasant, polite and efficient service that I receive from all the staff. From the Reception and Office Staff, to the Service Department, and the Management team, I am always treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. My car is kept in tip top condition, and the charges represent excellent value for money. Thank you and well done to all at Constitution Motors!

Very good people to deal with, Forester is a great car. 2.0 petrol, tows our 1500 kg caravan no problem. Highly recommended.

The customer service here is second to none, they make sure that if your waiting for your motor to be done however big or small, that there are hot and cold drinks available free of charge as well as a t.v. and WiFi. They are very happy for you to have a look around the motors or just have a natter. If it's going to be a long wait then they kindly take you into the City and fetch you back when your motor is all finished and washed. Thank You Guy's

My Hyundai i20 had to go in for some work and there was an unexpected procedure. They made workshop time for me all week, moving stuff around just so I could get my car fixed in time to get back to London. Brilliant customer service. Very happy customer due to great service from Rob

Customer service at its best! This is the second vehicle i have bought from them and credit is due. The cars speak for themselves. So what is next? well it's customer service and Constitution Motors do that so well. From first point of contact to after sales and service they are hard to beat. A smile and robotic greeting is not what you get here. Your treated as a friend from the outset and thats how it continues.

Nothing is too much trouble and every request is greated with open arms. A knowledge of how to look after the customer comes with experience and these ladies and gents have it in abundance. There are "Contenders" but Constitution Motors sit at the top!

Staff are always polite helpful and always place a follow up call but I can't help getting the sense that although they are recognised by Hyundai as a service centre, since they lost the dealership it's as if the enthusiasm for the brand has faded in favour for the new dealership.
