When I found the car on auto trader I thought the deal was too good to be true. It had low mileage, great spec and was below the average market price. When I phoned the garage, I was extremely pleased when speaking with owner Simon and salesman Philip. They are kind, understanding and normal guys. Far from pushy salesman I have previously met in other garages.

Which is another reason to why this has been such a fantastic experience. They made the purchase of my car seamless and I could not be happier with my new car. They even replaced a cracked tyre and have since checked that everything is okay with the car and that I am happy with the purchase. All paper work is included and I was able to test drive and complete my tax before I left the garage.

The garage is somewhat hidden and a place I have driven past a few times and not given it a second thought. However, I would now highly recommend this place as the service was phenomenonal. Thank you so much!

Disappointing. Booked in to view a car, paid for HPI check only for it to be sold without even a courtesy call. Not the way to do business, be warned. They did reimburse me the cost of the HPI check, when asked.

They never fail to disappoint, very friendly team and true professionals. I've used them through insurance and on private body repair jobs. Always my go to garage for body repairs. Definitely recommended

I appreciate the fact SJR Cars took the time to answer about 100 questions I've had pre-sale over the phone. Not even once did they ask for a holding deposit nor did they try to push the sale. On my arrival I was given the keys to the car and the time to inspect it. The purchase process was quick and efficient yet informative. When I got home i realised I forgot something at the office.

I called but there was no answer. Within a minute I had a call back from Simon who apologized for missing my call. He recognised my number and called to check if all was ok. He then looked and found my stuff and said he will keep it safe at the office. As it happened I only managed to return and collect it 29 days later. I very casually mentioned I found a small issue with the car, and I needn't say another word. Simon called his mechanic and within the hour the car was fitted with a brand new Bosch battery as part of their aftercare and service commitment. And THAT'S why these guys stands out from the competition and why you should "buy a used car from this man" - I definitely would! absolutely 5 star rating.

I recently bought a very nice car from Simon and Phil at SJR Cars, who made the whole process straightforward. Unfortunately, I later found some bodywork corrosion that neither I or they had spotted previously. This is where SJR really stepped-up; they quickly booked me in for repairs and loaned me a decent car too! The work has been done to a very high standard, and I'm impressed by the excellent customer service I've received from everyone at SJR. Simon and his team are absolutely fabulous. They're honest, reliable and straight talking. A very rare commodity unfortunately in the trade these days. Having been over charged by another garage - I called Simon who broke down everything in a clear and concise manner. The work that was done was impeccable and the car is as good as new.
