AVOID the service departament! Since Sept.2021 I keep bringing my car to sort out drivetrain malfunction and they can not repair it properly. After many visits and a lot money spent my car still got drivetrain light. Two times in the row they gave me car back and unsured that car is GOOD and TESTED, after driving 20 miles same lights came up on the screen. PURE JOKE! The service manager is very UNPOLITE and completly UNHELPFULL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Just picked up my X1 last week. The before and after sales customer service has been outstanding, and would give special thanks to Ryan Baxter, his manner and no pressure sales made us even more keen to buy from him. Even a week later has contacted to see how things are. Would highly recommend this dealership, and especially Ryan.definitely looking for a discount next time.

Purchased our 2 series grand coupe on Saturday from Barry Menzies and cannot fault the car or the service we received. I work in the motortrade so can be wary but Barry was spot on and answered any questions I had and sorted everything we needed. Would return for our next car and have already recommended to family. Thanks for everything Barry!

Updated review: Following leaving my initial review, the company reached out as per all the poor reviews on google, asking that further information be emailed. I emailed over information and have not had a response or even acknowledgement after chasing it up. Really not a good look for Parks. Everyone should beware of the poor after sales! Review updated from 2 stars to 1 star.
Originally review: Bought 2 x 3series' from here. Each time the iDrive has packed in after taking the car to England. Both times it has cost me diagnostic fee and a day without a car to rectify which I disagree with. From a sales perspective, excellent service however as you would expect, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

I've just spent close to 3000 on new M performance wheels & tyres for my vehicle. The sales rep at this establishment was rude, ignorant & unhelpful. Basically if you want to go away unhappy use these, if not stay well clear. They don't supply the correct additional extras included in the price package or what you pay for & if you complain you are told it is what it is. Disgraceful customer care & service. Go elsewhere, if you are going to spend your hard earned money on your pride & joy, go to Harry fairbairn.

Great service, friendly and very helpful. My car will be going back to them no problem. I take it back about my car going back.yes they did a good service but I had an issue with my wheel being damaged.not helpful in anyway to try and resolve the situation.no follow up call or email. total blank so over and above a heavy bill am also out of pocket to get my wheel fixed.and because of the damage I couldn't get them recut I had to go black.

AVOID - They returned my car with major paint damage which would seem to have been caused by an employee joy riding and being involved in a collision. Took my car here on 12/06/2019 for a service and for squeaking brakes to be fixed. Agreed return of the car to me was 4pm. They did not contact me at any point throughout the day to confirm it was ready for collection or that there were any issues.
I called them around 4pm and was unable to speak to the person dealing with my car as apparently he was 'busy'. As the woman on the phone confirmed that all work should be complete by the time I went to the garage I proceeded to do so. On arrival, the service employee I had dealt with when I dropped the car off informed me that my vehicle had been damaged while in their possession.
To date, they have failed to identify the culprit responsible for damaging my car. This is despite having cameras all over the place to cover their expensive cars. In addition, it would be virtually impossible within such a busy garage, for nobody to have either witnessed the crash damage directly or have noticed the damage at any point in time. However, the staff continue to lie and say they have no idea what happened to it and the damage was only noticed very late in the day.
This is the calibre of people that are dealing with their customers' expensive cars - liars and crooks. On the day I was in the garage, The service employee spoke to the service manager regarding compensating me. No offer of compensation was forthcoming for the damage that should never have happened, the stress caused or the time/money that will have to be spent on travelling to have the car repaired.
In addition, the Service Manager did not even have the courtesy to come out and speak to me. Instead he chose to hide in his office the entire time I was there. On 13/06/2019 they did provide 2 completely unacceptable offers of 'compensation'. Thier first offer was a free service (considering they were fully aware that I had a full service package on the car & that it is extremely unlikely that a customer will return to a garage that damages cars in the future this was obviously not acceptable to me).
The 2nd offer was to provide a discount on accessories (i.e. they tried to turn the case of one of their employees criminally damaging my car into a sales opportunity. Again this was completely unacceptable to me). They have refused to offer any further compensation. Throughout this process, it has become obvious that Douglas Park does not care at all for customers. The staff are severely lacking customer service skills and they need to get rid of the criminals working in there.
