I will never give AC my custom again. Brought my PHEV in for BMU reset, they charged me 130 for diagnostic and then 1200 for the obligatory pads n discs, and an earth cable which mysteriously detached by itself between me bringing it in and them inspecting it, (yes I have pre-repair photos, so do my lawyers). My 13th call and a week later, they suggested further investigation 260, and possibly a specialist 1000's+, so I visited the workshop and showed them how to reset the BMU, settled the bill and drove home, never to return. I now know they didn't appreciate the previous 18 years of custom and a future 30.

As far as I'm concerned, front of house staff give the first and lasting impression. The Service reception guy was superb (sorry, I didn't get your name).polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Work carried out to good standard. Thanks guys

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Customer service excellent and made purchasing a new car very enjoyable. Very relaxed atmosphere, never felt rushed. Sales staff took time to explain everything.

I was found a car within ten minutes of arriving. This is the car I ended up buying. It was fifteen minutes before closing and, impressively, this made no difference. I returned a few days later for a test drive which was arranged quickly and without issue. The test drive guy was great and respected my fear of motorways and scary roundabouts. My salesman was a lovely and personable human.

The sales manager was the best stereotype of a sales manager you could have wished for. I dreaded changing cars and expected nauseating smooth talk, stressful haggling and at least one glitch but throughout, I was never let down. After-care is honestly something I did not anticipate. All expectations exceeded. I'll miss the car I traded in but I have no regrets. This dealership has impressed me.

Had my car serviced today.good points staff really good explained all about service. Bad points car footwells were supposed to be hoovered this didnt happen. Service was to take approximately 2 hours took 4. And to crown it all they had it 4 hours and didnt charge it

Excellent showroom in a modern car retail park. Helpful staff. New and used cars are available. Other manufacturers have showrooms within the park making it easy to view a range of vehicles. Customer parking available. Servicing also available.

Helpful and friendly staff and purchase was fine but after sales care poor. Never a missed opportunity to make an extra buck and I didn't feel particulary valued. Nice staff at front of house though
