I just picked up my new Honda HRV yesterday and to say I am delighted with it would be an understatement. Grant was very knowledgeable, especially as this is a completely new model, he spent a lot of time with us going over all the features of the vehicle before taking us out on a test drive. He made the whole process seamless, from placing the order right up to the point of delivery, keeping me updated on how the vehicle was progressing through the delivery process.

This is a Dealership that values their customers, there in a warm friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I will have no hesitation recommending Grant and Henrys Honda to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

Quite disappointed in the service received. I booked in for a full service costing over 300. I was told that to have the tyre pressure sensor turned off (the work of less than a minute) would cost me an extra 15. My oil sensor is faulty and they were unable to arrive at the conclusion that it needed replaced - only that they didn't know what was wrong with it. Having put my car into another garage two weeks afterwards I was surprised how much more value I gained from their work, at less cost, and without being charged for turning off a warning light,

I received a fantastic service from Matthew at Henrys when buying my new car. He managed to source me exactly the car I wanted the car I wanted, in the colour and spec I wanted too - which is not an easy task given the current shortages of new cars - and all at a price that worked for me. The car is fab and was ready even sooner than expected. Highly recommend!

I am excited to have my brand new car from Henrys - with thanks to Bobby McDonald. I have driven Hondas for many years so no surprise that I am happy with this new Hybrid HRV but, so far, it has exceeded even my high expectations. As regards the dealership, the difference in my experience from start (arranging a routine service on my old car 18 months ago) to then deciding to upgrade, choosing, financing and collecting my next car has been outstanding compared to others I have used previously. Great to find professional and friendly service locally - it really does make all the difference for an important purchase such as this.

Excellent customer service and friendly dealer Bobby McDonald, helped me go through the paperwork quick and simple with a good deal. He is professional and knowledgeable showed me all the features on the car. Overall a 5 stars experience, and definitely recommend to buy a Honda from this salesman.

Once again, special thanks to Keir, David and Paul for the incredible deal. Sad to see 'my' beautiful Race Blue VRs Octavia leave but the deal was too tempting to pass by.

I recently bought from Henrys Honda dealing with Grant. Couldn't fault my whole experience especially with the first class customer service. Grant was very knowledgeable about the car and the benefits of buying a Honda car. The whole process was made very easy and smooth sailing thanks to Grants help. Bought the perfect carb at the best price. The whole process was smooth and went quickly without a hitch. The salesman, Bobby McDonald couldn't have been more helpful, showed me the features of the car and guided me through the paperwork. Overall excellent experience.

Have just taken delivery of my car & am delighted. From the phone call to see if it was still available to driving it off the forecourt, the experience at Henry's was fantastic. Grant was just lovely. His relaxed, warm manner made the whole purchase process easy & I felt confident that I was not just another buyer in a conveyor built of others. Being my first visit & purchase from Henry's, I felt that I was already being treated as a valued customer.

The whole team all appear genuinely happy to work at Henry's & their light hearted banter with myself & partner while we were in the showroom resulted in both of us coming away thinking that we will be back & will be recommending this family business, over the large corporate car sales franchises, to our friends & family. My mind was already set on renewing my car with Henry Honda this year based on first class service I had received in relation to a previous independent purchase. I have to say that my already high impression of this company was enhanced considerably during the purchase of my new car, with Sales Manager Graeme setting the perfect tone with a warm and friendly welcome. However, all credit must go to Bobby, who's patience and measured approach in explaining technical detail and finance options resulted in me leaving a dealership for the first time ever fully confidant in my purchase and believing there was a genuine invested interest in me, as his customer.

His friendly, yet respectful manner meant I never felt pressured in any way during the process. Having misplaced some needed paper work and still cleaning out bits n bobs from my car when it was time to exchange it, I know I would've been a bit frustrated by me as a customer. Bobby never flinched at any of this, even helping me move storage from one car boot to the other. Top class service and an excellent experience. And yes, my mind is already set that I'll be back again, next time. Oh, and the piece de resistance. I love my new car!

Buying a car from Bobby was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. No pushy salesmanship, lots of patience, valuable advice. That coupled with a very friendly and open attitude was really appreciated. We chose Henry's because Bobby had been recommended to us by a friend who had purchased a car several weeks earlier and had passed his name to us. Bobby has lived up to that recommendation and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends. Did I say we now have a really super car, thanks Bobby.

Worst car buying experience I ever had. Totally unprofessional and stinky attitude staff with sale manager included. They just want to push. At away from garage and there's no support after that what so ever. Avoid!

0 star rating would be too much for the service they provide. We purchased a car from them begging of April 2021 and prior to purchase I spoke with their Exec Salesman Andrew Aitken and explained we need a car fitted with front and rear parking sensors and reverse camera since car is for my missus and my 2 and 3 year old children. Andrew assured me. they could fit the car we saw online since it was a distant sale with front sensors and reverse camera and both will work same as factory fitted.

The day car was delivered to us I sat in it started the engine and for my surprise there was a loud profound beeping noise coming from front sensors when there was nothing infront of the car to disturb.

Purchased a 2018 Kodiaq from Henrys Skoda. Delivered all the from Glasgow to other end of country at no cost to me. Absolutely love the car and after initial worries of buying 'blind' my fears were unfounded. Great service from staff and delighted with purchase.

Well. what can I say. such a great experience buying from Henry's. David, Andy and Stephen sorted me a nearly new Octavia. even in such a crazy time during covid, the service was brilliant and painless. they worked really hard under such difficult times. all the staff on the background worked hard to make my car look amazing for the day of pick up.

I thank you all. the car is amazing and I'm very happy. I got a great deal and will continue to support Henry's, my local garage in the future. Thanks for everything to date. James

Absolutely amazing service once again. Battery flat after multiple short school runs. Turns out it was faulty and due to be replaced under warranty, but we could have been left without a car until they could fit us in. One call to Henry's, spoke to Donald, and we dropped it off half an hr later, courtesy car provided, and had it back the same day. A+ for customer service and we'll end up using them again as a result. You can tell it's a family owned business and they actually care. Brilliant

Sadly had to buy a car elsewhere as were not able to source a used car for me when I was looking, but have since used for servicing and warranty and have been friendly and very efficient to deal with. Definitely one of the best franchised dealers I've used.

Never buy any car from them or you will regret it. Good at selling you the car but the aftercare is where they make the real money. You have got more chance of becoming a prime minister then getting any work done under manufacturer warranty from them, as the issues were genuine and another dealer agreed to look at the same issues under warranty plus I was spoken to like human being. Save your money and go to a different dealer!

So continuing my car troubles, this week my car had the engine management system (?!) light lit up on the dashboard, so we booked it in for Henry's to look at. Dropping it off was simple as they had all the information over the phone, I simply left my keys with them and got a taxi back home. Sadly the car wasn't ready until the next day to collect, just because it needed a few things done to it.

It was ready for collection by 2pm and when I arrived they asked me to wait in the lounge area so they could "check-out" the car to me. Thankfully I didn't have to wait long and the guy went over everything with me which was nice (although I didn't know what he was talking about). The service and checks all up was just over 250 and they even washed and hoovered the car. I'd definitely bring the car back here for another service as I was really impressed by their professionalism and it didn't end up being as expensive as I expected. And now my car is running beautiful and smoothly. Woohoo!
