I purchased a fabulous Peugeot 108 today, beautiful car, great customer service, Nick was very informative. Amazing valeting on the car before I collected.

Very friendly but professional set up, with a fantastic range of great quality cars. The whole place is clean and well presented, salesmen Adam was incredibly helpful and got everything sorted for me, when I collected the car it was probably in better condition than I was expecting at the right price too. Very impressed and will look to CLC in the future for another car, even though I traveled over an hour to visit them.

Recently purchased a Van through Nick at Colin Ludwell. Great experience start to finish. Not at all pushy, knowledgeable and most importantly just a really nice and friendly guy to deal with. What I liked also was he left me to sit and look around the van at my own leisure which is a nice touch. The van I picked I was able to take away the same day which was great. The prices of vehicles are very reasonable in opinion and with a 2 year warranty purchased I have peace of mind. Thanks Nick for a great experience

New what I wanted but not sure if this was the right car, met Nick who made me feel very comfortable as not pushy, just let me look and take in the car, at my own speed. Some salesmen jump on you and you can't get away quick enough, not here though. After I'd test driven the BMW 1 series I knew I wanted it was ready for collection in a few days. The quality of the cars was easy to see. The kind mechanic at the garage even started my old car when the battery failed and offered to service it. I can see why this garage has many loyal customers and I would recommend them without hesitation.

BE AWARE, January 2020 purchased a Mercedes B class, sold to us with FULL MERCEDES SERVICE HISTORY, but I was Silly, I trusted the salesman Nick Sims & didn't check the paperwork where a found on returning home the V5 vehicle ownership document had been filled out before, tipexed out then written over again, it was a mess a well as looking questionable, nicks response "must have been filled out before by mistake" but twice though?

The service history had NO service book just 1 print out for 1 service carried out by Mercedes a year after original purchase, car was 5 years old when we purchased it and so missing THREE SERVICE RECORDS, nicks response "he'll look into it" sadly that was all that was registered with Mercedes & no responses from any emails since. SO PLEASE CHECK THE PAPERWORK.

The transaction to pay off my finance and pay the difference was seamless and hassle free. Bought Evoque went wrong after 5 weeks, yes repaired it, same fault after 6 months but wouldn't collect car which couldn't be driven, did offer to put on diagnostic testing, so if your far away don't bother, if in Bristol then maybe
