Just got my car back from this place. above and beyond level of customer service. called them in a frantic panic yesterday (Wed) at 8am, they immediately called back, understood i needed my car fixed and back the next day (Thu) and said they would take a look and see what they can do. they fixed it, did additional work that was needed and took a look at something else whilst clearly being a busy garage. cannot recommend enough, thanks guys (sorry i only caught Ralph's name) :)

****AVOID**** PD Cars Bristol and there other premise Unit 7, Novers Hill, Trading Estate, Bedminster, BS35QY, which they sell there part exchange vehicles from. We went to view and test drive a 2010 Alfa Romeo MITO on Thursday 29th July 2021 which was advertised for 1350. We decided that we wanted the car but the boot wouldn't open and there was an issue with the leaver on the seat, they agreed to sort them out but required a 100 deposit.
They told me that they would let me know when the work had been done to complete the purchase. We arranged to complete the purchase of the car on Saturday 3rd August 2021 but on second inspection of the car we found that there was nothing coming out of the air vents when trying to use the heaters and air conditioning. This previously worked when we inspected the car on Thursday 29th July 2021.
So they agreed to sort the problem and would inform us once fixed so complete the purchase. However on Wednesday 4th August 2021 I noticed they had relisted the car on facebook for 1695. I messaged them asking what was happening they ignored my message. Therefore my husband messaged and managed to obtain the number and rang them to get an explanation of what was happening.
They then demand that we pay the new list price to the one we agreed and put a deposit down on. We therefore decided that we wanted to have our deposit back as this is not what was agreed. I messaged them my bank details for them to transfer the 100 however this did not happen. My husband then went to see them Friday 6th August 2021 to get the deposit back.
When he arrived and asked for out deposit back along with the receipt that shows our agreement and deposit paid. They became confrontational and aggressive. It escalated so much that my husband rang the police. Unfortunately due to it being a civil matter there is nothing the police could do. They still are refusing to pay the deposit back but just wanted to make people aware to avoid all cars adversitied by PD Autodeal Bristol and there other premise Unit 7, Novers Hill, Trading Estate, Bedminster, BS35QY, which they sell there part exchange vehicles from.
I would hate this to happen to anyone else. I also have screen shots of both adverts the one advertising the car at 1350 in the 29th July and the other advertising the same car on 6th August for 1695.

I have used PD Cars for two years now for both my VW Transporter and my Audi S3. Mr Singh and his team have always gone the extra mile and I truly believe they offer a great service over that of a VW or Audi dealership. Recently they sorted out an issue with the alignment and tracking of my S3 which another garage failed to do on two occasions. Thumbs up for a reliable garage.

Do not trust this garage they are not competent!, booked my Audi A4 cabriolet in for a replacement steering rack, shortly after their work (days) I experienced lots of knocking noises coming from the front of my car took the car back to have it checked as it felt very unsafe to drive was advised to bring the car back and they would check following their check owner of garage Mr Singh advised the noises had nothing to do with the steering rank replacement and that I required new CV joints to sort this problem out. Booked car in for replacement CV joints at a cost of 432.00 this did not resolve the problem, advised by owner of garage Mr Singh that they had carried out the work stated and that if this had not resolved the problem they would need to look at other things and parhaps a new suspension costing thousands, I did not feel comfortable booking car in for more work so booked my car into an alternative garage.
They asked if any work had been done recently and if so what, I explained that I had a new steering rack fitted and cv joints upon checking my car for sometime they found a bolt for the subframe was loose they advised this would not just become loose and felt this was a result of the steering rack fittment and that the subframe bolts where not fully checked and tightened correctly following this work, they resolved the problem and my car drives great but this cost a further 200.00 This level of incompetence has caused me a lot of stress and worry my car is required daily for work I have not been able to use it as it has felt very unsafe to drive to resolve the problem cost a total of 632.00 all because a bolt was not checked and tightened correctly so don't be fooled by words like specialists and all the shiny Audi's Parked on the forecourt and in the show room! the garage who sorted my car was regular garage and it seems oh so coincidental how events unfolded using PD motors! on the upside I could of spent thousands on a new suspension only to be told this still hadn't resolved the problem and who knows by the time we had finished we may have built a brand new Audi!

Feel really mugged off, aparently my car has aftermarket extras in the light, aparently you can tell if there is blue in the light, so instead of turning the lights on and seeing the blue, they took my headlight out, seen they couldn't do it and put the light back, and charged me for it! Avoid at all cost, I've never known anyone do half a job, not give any results and still charge, total con men! Avoid!

Told the mechanic that I had had the car serviced and there was a fault with the air bag. We agreed they should take the airbag off, check the connections, and refit it. Instead he charged me +30 just to plug his diagnostic computer in and tell me there's a fault with the airbag! When I queried why I was being charged for information I had told them, they refused to do any more work! Utter rip offs.

We've been really happy with our VW Caravelle van we bought from PD Cars. The owner listened to our transport needs when we were looking for a new car, and suggested one of these that we had previously never heard of! Long journeys with our three girls are no longer a nightmare! After-sales has been great too - a couple of 'user error' queries were quickly addressed, and they even changed a headlamp bulb for us when we couldn't remove the casing! We've now booked the van in for an interim service - support your local businesses!

Engine management light came on my VW polo, I was quoted 75 for diagnosics at a garage up the road, PD Did it for 24, identified the problem, told me to bring it back another day to fix it when it suited me as I came late that day. Took it in two days after, they fixed the problem, without replacing any parts, 107 cost, engine management light gone, no more funny noises from my car and a happy customer. Will be using them now for services, great garage!
