Went to Kia about some issues I was having with the car & they very kindly had a look at it & told me I needed a few new parts they ordered them in no time & I was booked in a few days later. They replaced the parts under warranty within a few hours. The car was gleaming when I arrived to pick it up & they left a complimentary air freshener on the seat. Big thankyou to Robin & the team of mechanics who got everything working perfectly again!

David from Downey's was so great, superb and made the entire car rental process right from the beginning to drop off straightforward. I got a near new Kia automatic car for an excellent rental deal. The car was in excellent condition and great to drive. They did push themselves beyond excellent and provided me with an extended test drive for Kia Nero D4 Hybrid, which got my eyes on towards Kia cars as I previously never drove one of them. I would be delighted to refer David's Sixt rental to anyone I know for their excellent service and professionalism.
