BUYER BEWARE! We recently purchased a 5 year old, low mileage xtrail from these cowboys. We agreed a price, and they confirmed that the bodywork would be repaired (scratches and damage in the door shuts), it had been serviced, and would come with a years mot. I explained to them that i was a garage owner, and that i had already seen the advisories on the previous mot (6 months ago), i for the money i was paying, i would not expect to receive the vehicle with any faults.
We collected the vehicle on a Friday evening. On Saturday morning it broke down. The vehicle was taken back to them, and they repaired it, although no one can tell me what the fault was. We collected the vehicle on the Wednesday, and my wife was due to take the vehicle to the airport that afternoon, but i insisted that she left it for me to inspect.
Good job really, as when i inspected the vehicle, it had two illegal front tyres, an oil leak from the engine, the bodywork repairs had not been completed and they had not serviced it, even though they provided me with a service schedule and stamped the service book. I am now going through DVSA with regards to the mot, and Nissan UK with regards to the fraudulent servicing.
If it was not for the fact that my wife loves the car, and we had spent ages looking for this model with that exact spec, i would have dumped it on their forecourt and gone to town on them. It is not that i have expected too much from a used car, it is the fact that even though they knew that i am an MoT tester, and a garage owner, and that i had said that i would be going over the vehicle myself, they have still tried to have me over. The entered into an agreement, and they have lied. Imagine what they could do to someone who does not know their salt?

Drove down from London in my Qashqai, all of a sudden my tyre pressure warning light came on due to low pressure. Went into Nissans Dumpton Gap garage, Ramsgate for help and all of the staff were amazing. Kieron drove the car in, they checked all four tyres and adjusted what was needed for free. Great

Terrible dealership and car manufacturer! The garage have terrible aftercare service. We were with them for nearly 6 years in total getting stuck in deals. With our second car we paid off the payment at the end rather than get stuck with them for another 3 years. As soon as we paid it off the car started to go wrong. This is a 3 year old car which had less than 40,000 miles on it.
As soon as it was paid off the brakes went, swiftly followed by the shock absorbers and now the battery has gone and had to be replaced. All in the space of a few months. Do not get stuck buying one of these cars they are only made to last until they can drag you into buying another one and then all the parts go one by one. Once the garage have you sucked in there is no customer service whatsoever!

We have just bought our 3rd car from Lee and the service he and the team provide is outstanding. We now live 2.5 hours away but prefer to come back just to deal with Lee. He even came in on his day off on a Sunday just to hand over the car to us in person. He is a real credit to the company. Thanks Lee and keep up the good work!

Excellent experience - was looking for a car for my commute to work. Shannon was beyond helpful. No problem too small. We had seen one online and emailed Saturday night, by Sunday afternoon we had been in for a test drive and purchased the car. Will always use this garage from now on - customer for life. Also thanks to the team as these arrived today and it's a very kind gesture. Thank you to all and especially Shannon.

Had a very unlucky mechanical experience with a used car purchased here - however, the team were superb in finding a solution (car swapped for identical model within 24 hours), and were always accommodating no matter what. I can not fault the service provided there by Sam and his team and I am extremely happy with the resolution. They really do look after you, and I'll certainly be returning in the future when I upgrade. Many thanks, Dumpton Park - your efforts were fantastic!
