My car was booked in for a MOT test on the Saturday and a Cambelt change on the Monday. I dropped my car off on the Friday night and didn't get it back till the the Wednesday night because other cars where prioritised over mine. They added items on without getting my permission, gave me minimal updates and I had to call then multiple times to keep me updated which did not happen. It increased over the days and the final payment had gone up by 150 from the original quote. Overall I'm not very impressed.

Had tracking done 4 weeks ago and it's out again went to garage and they want another 40 to do the tracking again I'm my opinion it shouldn't go out in 4 weeks. If it's not the tracking I don't mind paying but if it is the tracking why should I pay another 40 for it to be done.

Very friendly, fast and efficient service, tea & coffee while you wait, when buying our car from them they even arranged our car tax online for us as it was Saturday afternoon and no post offices were open.
