Dublcheck Cleaning Services EAST KENT visited here. Very pleased with the price of my vehicle service. This was my 1st visit here and there's always the uncertainty of being quoted for all sorts of additional works when getting a service but no such worry here and I'd happily recommend and will use them again for sure.

I have been a Hollis Motors customer for years. Never had any problems whatsoever. Everyone there is super - efficient, I really mean that. Very happy to recommend. Would give 6 stars if I could! Always courteous, friendly and welcoming. You really can leave your car here and be sure of excellent service at a fair price and always completed at the agreed time in my experience. I purchased a used vehicle from them last year and experienced a unfortunate mechanical breakdown just out of warranty. The repair was complicated and expensive but essential, the warranty company were not interested; the service manager took the issue up directly with the manufacturer on my behalf and were able to reduce the bill by 50%. I feel it was a fair outcome based on the nature of the failure; however what I am so pleased with is they had no legal requirement to pursue this for me. It is refreshing that good old fashion values of honesty and integrity still exist - would highly recommend them.

They used up all our fuel when they serviced our car. They refused to put any back in when we picked the car up. We were stranded in Dover and the main mechanic refused to help. They accused us of wasting their time because they couldn't find the issue, the salesman told us what was wrong and the mechanic was angry at us for this. They left me and my 2 year old sitting on the curb on the main road when they were told to put fuel in the car. Not family friendly. Just because they have a problem with Motability, doesn't mean they should take it out on the customers.

I used this garage for over 15 years for my VW golf and I would still be using it now only I have moved up north. They serviced my car that well that my son has the car now and it's still running good and I have a newer car. Wish this garage was near me now, as the garages here don't come up to the service that Hollis motors have given me in the past. Thank you to all at Hollis motors for all the times you dealt with my car nothing was ever too much trouble.
