Bought my new SVR - WOW! The service was top notch! Fast, friendly, professional and straight forward! The car has been detailed mot'd and serviced, they went above and beyond and surprised us with flowers! Small details make the difference on collection and not many sellers even bother with that! Keep up the solid work everyone at Acklam Car Centre!

Very ignorant and arrogant staff in this place with no in-person salesman attributes. Every member of staff on their phone with no courtesy to make customers feel welcomed. Walked into the place where they shoot videos of the car's and nobody was about so walked out thinking we'd gone into the wrong entrance. Next minute, a valeting employee walks out asking if we're after something as though he thought we were so sort of criminals.

A member of staff in the court yard moving vehicles didn't have the decency to speak either. This place is all about online sales and show no interest to customer's taking a browse.

This started for me back November last year. Liam was my customer care sales representative. I cannot thank Liam enough for showing such patients he stay in touch keeping me updated.it took a while however I finally collected my M3 CS on the 29th. Acklam car center did everything they could to make me feel comfortable.they collected us from the station and found us a hotel for the evening as I had a problem with gap insurance etc and decided to spend the evening in teeside.

The entire team consistently checked in on us. On Sunday morning the vehicle was prep I was given a key safe box and flowers for my wife as gifts. Acklam car Centre has gone way beyond what I expected and this for me is the bench mark for customer care.all it's staff are a credit to the company and there jobs. Be careful with these guys, sold me a car which had poor repair work done to it! Rear diffuser had been painted in metallic black when it should of been gloss black! Alloy wheel refurbed in gloss black when it should of been satin finish. Then when you try and complain nobody gets in touch to resolve the matter Avoid if you can, no prep with cars just straight in and out for sale! My car was a 21 plate car you wouldn't expect it to have these types of issues!

I am extremely pleased firstly with the car that I bought, it was in great condition and ran like a dream. I highly recommend speaking with Rich who helped me through the process of buying it. They had the car presented so nicely to me and the process just took a few hours. I have to also mention the amazing service from the aftercare team who also took great care of me, Claire and Andy were extremely polite and resolved the issues with my car that I had swiftly and with amazing professionalism and they really showed that they go over and beyond for the customer and truly are people who care about their customers so I'm giving them 10/10 and want to make others aware that they should definitely buy from Acklam as they not only have the best cars for sale but most importantly they'll look after you if anything goes wrong.

BMW M340D Brilliant service and a Excellent Team defo recommend 10/10. Spoke to Jo service was superb and smooth everything done over the phone nice and clear. We arrived for collection of vehicle everything was ready and sighed the deal and left the showroom in 20 minutes brilliant service by the team all staff was very helpful and very welcoming.

Fantastic Garage, top quality cars ranging from sports cars to 4x4 and even top of the range luxury. Liam and the sales team are very thorough and their knowledge of the cars they are selling are second to none. Gave me a very competitive price for my part exchange and even knocked a good amount of money off my new car.
