Bought a Mk6 golf off them, absolutely amazing, all staff was very knowledgeable, chatty and honest. Showroom was very nice, all cars there were immaculately clean inside and out even the engine bays and were all very high standards. Would definitely consider going back in the future

Avoid, avoid, avoid. 300 mile round trip to look at a JCW Roadster. Absolutely immaculate apparently. Two dents in the boot, crease down the rear offside panel (car door?). Lots of mildew in the boot, roof lining full of mildew and cabin stank of mildew and mildew cleaner. Windows partially open when we arrived. Treated it as a day trip out, but wouldn't recommend at all. Salesman incredulous when we pointed these things out.

Advert details were 'economical' with limited detail. Travelled a long way but completed a reasonably good deal.

My son bought.is first car from here 3weeks ago. he's 17 years old.paid1600. for ford.diesal.we have just picked it up from our local garage.where it's just cost us 1200. To replace the turbo and timing belts.so I would advice stay clear of these cowboys.not even got the balls to reply to emails shame on you

I wanted a car so popped in out the blue, 5 minutes before closing time. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful to our needs, friendly and not at all pushy, they spent a good half hour answering my annoying questions. The cars I looked at were presented extremely well, the book work was in order. I didnt buy a car but had they had what I wanted they'd have sold one for sure.

Bought Nissan qashqai. No hard sell or I would have walked away! But the thing that I liked the most was that all the cars looked showroom condition. Staff very friendly and great advice. Would not hesitate to recommend thank you Andy and John we love our car

I had been every where looking for a mini with low millage went to roman road cars and there it was found it put my old car in part exchange no hassle striaght foward deal weel happy

Would never buy from them again! We bought a low mileage car from them with them constantly telling us it was "like new." Within two days, we were at the Honda main dealership needing a new gearbox bearing and clutch, costing us over 800. When we told Roman Road about the problem they refused to give any compensation and said we had to bring the car to them to be assessed as they didn't trust main dealerships.

This was completely impractical as the car was not safe to drive long distances. The DVLA never received the V5C form from them, and yet everytime I called Roman Road they fobbed me off saying to wait a few weeks longer each time I called. We weren't given a fresh MOT and the brake pipes, two tyres, brake discs and pads all needed replacing within a few months of purchase.

Instead of the MOT they said they'd give us a free warranty (in addition to the one we had already paid for) and yet they never gave us any paperwork or details of what it covered. When we phoned up they said we had to bring to them for the warranty, however when we bought the warranty they said it would be valid at almost any garage over the UK. Would never buy from them again!

Bought my first car from here and had it 6 years with no major problems.
