I was recommended to go to Guisborough Car Sales when considering selling my vehicle and was not disappointed. What a fantastic place! Came in, needing a new car and was looked after throughout the whole process. If you're anything like me, who is new to the car world, then I 100% recommended coming here. I was able to view a car, test drive it and every question I asked about it was answered in detail. Fantastic service and I can't recommend the place enough. When I need a new car, this will be my first port of call.

I am over the moon I decided to sell my car to guisborough car sales, they give me a fantastic price, higher than any online evaluation I took, and I got much more than I expected for my car, it was a super easy fast professional process, taking all the stress off my hands which is exactly what I wanted. Shannel and Michelle went above and beyond for me, they even give me a lift home once I had handed my car over. So so pleased with the service and the whole process here, I will be back for sure. If I could give more than 5 stars I could!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. What a fantastic experience from start to finish thanks to Michelle and Nel. I made a 160 mile round trip just to see and test drive one of their cars, and the car was exactly as pictured/described - fantastic quality, as was all the stock. I was given plenty of time to look at the car, test drive it and ask any questions I had.
All information was honest, the car needed something doing to it, this was advised upfront and also done before collection. I then did the trip again to collect the car and it was worth every mile/minute! The purchase process was so easy and everything was explained to me. I would recommend GCS to anybody and whenever I next need a new car, I will 100% be looking here first.
Not only was the car in fab condition, it was sanitised and even fuelled upon collection due to my commute home. I also received a complimentary kit to keep in my car which contained masks, gloves, sanitiser and wipes - GCS displayed great covid safety throughout my experience. Both Michelle and Nel were honest, courteous and so friendly. I would recommend ignoring the negative reviews, as the customer service delivered by GCS is nothing less than exceptional. Thank you SO much!

Bought a car from Guisborough car sales over the weekend. Michelle and the team were amazing, friendly and welcoming. I was really nervous, She made me feel at ease and OK about driving again after a 2 year break. Would deffinatly use and recommend this garage. The whole experience was a pleasure. Will deffinatly be back in the future.

I told Michelle the type of car I wanted for my dog walking business and she found me one that ticked all the boxes and the price was unbeatable. Guisborough Motors is an excellent dealership. I have bought my cars from them for 17 years, the first one being a Peugeot 406 I got for doing a weekly commute to Stoke on Trent. It was a terrific car which never let me down. I've bought others from there since and have been delighted with the service received. I picked up my latest car from them this morning and am extremely happy with it and with the deal I received. Michelle is an absolute gem! As a retired university lecturer I am happy to award her a starred 1st for fantastic service and for being a lovely person. 1st*
