Went to look at a trade in that I know had issues but wanted to hear see for myself. Not prepared to give a test drive to a genuine prospective customer that was prepared to take a punt. Wouldn't do a test drive unless I agreed a price beforehand. Get real RUN RUN RUN away do yourselves a favour DONT Go near find some one that will share what the have to offer. Shame I can't give minus 5 stars.

Good general advice without the hard sell approach. My brother was very happy with the car he bought from them 20 years ago and they are still in the same location. I purchased a low milage Honda Civic with a good history of MOT. 3 weeks later I needed work carried out due to the clutch going ( Neither the Dealer or I could be aware of at the time of sale ). Jeff arranged collection and delivery from my home address and happily got me back on the road within 5 working days at no cost to myself! GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH! If you can give them a better recommendation you should!

Jeff is a top man. Got my car from his dealership and I couldn't be happier. He is alweys happy to assist with even the smallest problem. Top series 100% recommend

I cannot believe what a pleasure it has been to buy a second-hand car! I'm a seventy-year old woman and, having had my old (but very reliable) car written off, I was dreading looking for a decent car to replace it. It was such a relief finding Horley Car Centre. The owner, Jeff and his son, Jake were so helpful; there was no hard sell, just helpful advice and a great deal of patience with me.

I love my "new" car and I'm sure, should I have any problems in the future, Jeff will be happy to help and advise. I would definitely recommend Horley Car Centre. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience when purchasing a car here. When I arrived the salesmen were extremely helpful and informative. They took all of the stress and worry away from buying a second hand car. I felt very comfortable discussing what it was I was looking for and the price I was willing to spend. After having a look around I was able to test drive the car I was hoping to buy and get a great deal with the part exchange value of my previous car. I am over the moon with the car and the service I received. Would definitely be back next time 10/10!

Had best experience at Horley car centre as I was quite unsure about which car to buy. Jeff and Jake the sales people were patient and really helpful in helping me decide which car would suit me best. I test drove 3 cars and was advised honestly about every aspect of each one. I came away with the perfect car for me at a very reasonable price and in fabulous condition. Would highly recommend and I will always come back as I feel totally confident in Jeff and Jakes hands.

I went to Horley car centre after visiting other local dealers and I can hands down say that they had the best service, they were polite on the phone and even more welcoming in person. I didn't feel like they were just trying to sell me a car, but they actually wanted me to get me something I would be happy with. They were very helpful in helping me find a car that was perfect for me.

I told them a few things I was looking for and they were able to narrow it down to a few cars in my price range. They let me go for a couple test drives and I was very pleased with my decision. I will definitely come back when it's time to upgrade, 10/10 would buy again!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! The guy there (Jeff) sold me my first car.a dodgy Vauxhall corsa 1.0 (2003) which had problem after problem the gears went on the first day of me having it, had the car 3 months and to be fair he fixed every problem that came up by sending me to this garage but I had to get taxis there to pick it up every time which cost me 25 every time, but the problems seemed endless I had so many issues with the car in the space of under 3months including problems with gears. oil leaks. broken bolts on the car. fuel system problems, engine warning light coming up.

So I decided I wanted my money back and to return it to this dealership, I bought this car for 1500 and he offered to buy it back for 1000 and refused to give me anymore than that I barely even drove 1000 miles on it, he even refused to exchange it for another car of the same value and my warranty on the car was still valid. I had no choice but to take the money as warranty was ending in 2 days. which leaves me losing 500.

Absolute disgrace of a car dealership! All his excuse was "oh it is an old car it's gonna have problems" didn't say that before I bought it did he! At the end of the day i bought my first car at this dealership and expected this car to be road worthy it even said in his advert "excellent condition" absolute lie!

Excellent service. My daughter purchased her first car here. Great little first car for her and a reasonable price. A year later she wanted to buy a new one and they were happy to buy the old one back at a great price. Thoroughly recommend them!

After reading the reviews on here I was hesitant about going to Horley Car Centre, but it shows that you shouldn't trust what everyone writes without knowing the full story. I couldn't have wished for a better experience when buying my car from Jeff. He is a lovely, genuine guy who was completely honest and open with me, even when I asked him about the review below.

I am incredibly happy with my purchase from him, the car was in brilliant condition and I wouldn't hesitate about going back or recommending him to friends and family. Plus, I know that if I end up having any issues (which could happen no matter where you buy from) he'd be more than happy to help. Better service than you'd get from a Main Dealer! 5*!
