Very pleased with the service I received from Vines Gatwick. From ordering the vehicle to collection was just 4 days with attention throughout from Alan, answering the questions I am sure he has heard many times before and ensuring that I was kept informed throughout the process, even on his day off. It was clear that I was as important to them as their advise and guidance was to me, so thank you for helping me through the buying process.

Really can't fault the service I received from Vines of Gatwick Nathan was extremely helpful during the buying process ensuring all forms completed in good time before I picked up the car. Unfortunately due to Covid Nathan wasn't able to complete the handover. This was delivered perfectly by Stephen Williams making the day of collection a day to remember

I was provided with the best service from James Connelly who mad buying the vehicle a smoother process than any I have experienced from various other brands I have dealt with. Very competitive with the part exchange value for the vehicle I traded in. Communication was top tier with calls and emails responded to swiftly putting my mind at ease. The test drive was arranged with ease allowing me ample time to test the car in the surrounding area!

I was even provided a free gift which was never something offered by any other manufacturer I have gone to! I will definitely go back to the Vines Showroom here for the next vehicle!

I was very pleased with the support I received from Alan Marsh. Although we live 65 miles away from the dealership this never proved to be an issue. At my request, I waited just over a month to take delivery of my new car and Alan kept in touch throughout this period offering his support with any questions that I might have had. He even sent me a video the night before I collected the car showing it in all its fineness after it had been prepared for delivery the following morning.

The service I received from Vines was in complete contrast from that of another BMW dealership that was much nearer to home and somebody I had purchased from previously. All in all an extremely professional and efficient service.

From start to finish, the service I received at Vines Gatwick was impeccable. I simply could not fault the way I was treated by Alan Marsh and Josh Morris, who went above and beyond to ensure I received the best deal I could find. I received regular updates on the progress of my order, despite worldwide delays on parts that slowed down the production process.

Once the car was delivered to Vines, Alan sent a video tour of the car ready for collection, with my personalised number plate already fitted. The collection process was pain free and a somewhat enjoyable experience, mainly down to the treatment I received on the day. Nothing was too much trouble at any point throughout the process and when I discovered a slight fault with the headlight of my new car, Alan came to collect the car the very same day, delivering a courtesy car at the same time.

They managed to keep me mobile and in a similar spec car for a number of weeks until my car was ready to be returned. The service I received from Vines of Gatwick has left a lasting impression and I certainly will be returning in the future.
