I can only say Wow, i called KIa Gatwick about a small issue with my car. They booked me in that day and sorted it with in 20 mins. Excellent customer care service, very friendly you didn't feel as though you were a pain. i only wish another car dealership (begin with B ends in W) would be half as good as these guys. Brilliant well done kia Gatwick.

My fiance and I visited the showroom on a busy Saturday afternoon a couple of weeks ago and were shown around by two different salesmen. Both were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and couldn't have been more helpful! We'll be back soon for sure. Thanks guys!

I booked in for a few test drives of Kia's over the last few months and have had the pleasure of dealing with Nick and Marco. I finally settled on a Sportage and the can not praise the staff and experience enough. Having been in many different show rooms whilst looking for the right car, the sales executive's at Kia stood out like a shining beacon of excellence and experience! Marco Rodrigues was outstanding, making me feel at ease to ask all the questions required and really make use of his expertise! The vehicles are outstanding but it's the team that make the experience stand out.

Very poor experience with this place. I took my Kia here as it had developed an issue, it was supposed to be just for the day but it ended up being best part of a week with lots of phone calls from myself and my partner chasing what is going on. To finally find out it was not covered by the supposed seven year warranty. I asked what is the issue with the car and how much it would cost to fix to reply was we don't know what is wrong with the car but pay an hour and we can work it out and then Also quote you for the issue to be fixed.

I decided to not let the main I dealer Kia do the work on my car as it seems like they didn't know their way around a Kia other the just servicing vehicles. I advised I would be Picking my car up in the morning and taken it elsewhere, I was then told that they had done around 400 worth of work on the car before finding out it wasn't covered under the warranty and that I must pay for the work done or at Least part of it.

We argued back and forth about the matter for at least 30 minutes on the phone, as you can imagine I was extremely shocked that they were demanding money from me that we hadn't even agreed to Plus they didn't even have a clue what was wrong with the car What would I have been paying for I asked. The boy on the phone then pass me to another colleague who tried a bit more of an aggressive approach with his voice, Who end up advising me to come and get the car and I will not have to pay to pay for their shocking service after I strongly refused I wouldn't pay.

I picked my car up to find it in a right mess. I still had this issue with my car so I spoke to an old School mechanic regarding the issue. He advised me to change the fuel filter. Car was fixed for 40 Unfortunately this company Clearly lacks customer care when it comes to real issues. They were all very polite until they couldn't resolve my issue and realised I wouldn't be conned out of money. My best advice to anyone would be avoid.

I bought a used Kia Sportage in white, but it came immaculately clean with new tyres and was just the right size for what we wanted. The car was prepped and ready quickly and I was able to drive it off the forecourt very happy with my purchase. Exceptional customer service.

Welcoming and relaxing experience. 4 stars for knowledge about EV cars, that could improve though understand it's newer technology, but the car and overall experience excellent. Happy to recommend.

I had my car MOT'd and had two tyres replaced here today, they were excellent value for money, beating kwik fit on price, their service was outstanding, really happy with the whole process, great job! I will definitely be coming back.

I got my 2 Kia Stonics from here and the Sales staff were knowledgable and able to answer all of my questions. I get it serviced with the dealership and the service staff have been really useful and prompt in replying. A brilliant car and a great dealership- I highly recommend!

I booked in to test drive the new EV6 with Nick Stevens yesterday and it was just the most pleasant experience. Nick was professional, very knowledgable and incredibly enthusiastic. He really is an exemplary sales executive and he exudes a genuine passion for the brand. From start to finish my time at Kia Gatwick was brilliant. The professionalism was top notch and there was none of the usual sales pressure which, in turn, helped to promote a relaxed buying environment. A great dealership only enhanced by their superb staff. I look forward to returning.
