I had been in touch with these guys during my RS5 hunt. They had a great car that I was looking at. I spoke with them and discussed delivery and test drive options and asked them how I could test drive it given i was a 5 hour drive away. I could not believe they offered to put me up in a Hotel for one night to get this done. I have never experience such service.

Excellent service at Sinclair Audi Narberth this weekend. I had to wait for my car to be MOT'd and serviced and had unlimited tea/coffee and sat and watched TV. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

The service that was provided and buying experience from Sinclair Neyland was absolutely incredible just as expected. To also add the gentleman that I dealt with was called Ian (Works For Mercedes) who doesn't even deal with the department I purchased the vehicle from (Audi) had dealt with me in such a professional manner from start to finish even though it wasn't his department to deal with which goes to show the level of care provided to customers across the board.

My father has been using Sinclair for both the purchasing and maintenance of his vehicles for what must be 20 years or more and I always remembered from a young age how nothing was ever too much trouble for them and they have maintained this focus for as long as I can remember and can truly say that they have amazing customer service. Based on the above reasons I and my partner purchased an Audi from Sinclair Neyland and were not disappointed in any which way, we will certainly be back in time to purchase another vehicle in the not so distant future thank you again.
