Very good service. Good communication from the garage prior to appointment and on the day. Car was collected as agreed on time. Service department kept me updated about the work on the day. Received the car back, without any drama with a copy of the invoice. Great service and I hope to use Vines of REDHILL again in the future.

I have recently had an excellent experience at The Vines of Redhill BMW. My car had a fuel leak and went in for service as well. They were very professional. I was dealt by Teresa, one of their service managers. She was excellent. She offered me 10% discount on the repair and also provided me with a courtesy car at a very short notice. Tom also made a detailed video of the inspection.
I felt they were honest in their diagnosis unlike some of the other places. The customer service was way better than my local BMW. I would highly recommend The Vines of Redhill BMW branch.

Really pleased with first ever BMW on lease, won't be the last one. Overall buying experience was satisfactory as I was kept upto date and they answered all my queries in time. In the current climate of supply/demand issues, I was lucky enough to get my car almost 2 months before delivery date and that too with no deletions. The person you're looking for is Jason Higton who is a great sales executive, he is very professional and not pushy at all.
Other people I dealt with were Jacob Gray(Manager) and indirectly with Adam Chambers (Head of Business). They're running a fantastic operation. I am happy with my purchase so far.

I part exchanged my F20 120d with an approved used 330E here. Starting with the sales executive, Jason, all the team were quite welcoming and professional, assisting me every step of the process, and made transition as smooth as possible for me. They gave me a good deal for my used car, a discount on the new car, and also provided a free "BMW 5 DAY DRIVEAWAY CAR INSURANCE" to drive away without a hassle.

My whirlwind purchase of a BMW 118i M Sport was great from beginning to end. I test drove the car on Saturday afternoon and collected it the following Tuesday! Justin was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and accommodating throughout. I was very happy with the part exchange price offered, and also with the fuel he included as part of the deal. This was my first BMW purchase, but everything was handled efficiently, professionally, but without any stuffiness.
