Customer service and advice have been the best I have ever experienced with the car industry. They are honest, helpful and look after the customer better than any other Porsche garage or any other garage I have used. I, personally can't thank them enough for their help and support and they are the only place I can think of who did not charge me for a service that any other garage would have done. I purchased the cheapest car they had in stock but was treated as though I had bought the most expensive. Helpful & went above & beyond. Supplied & fitted my personal plates at no charge & even replaced my key, again at no charge. Would not hesitate to recommend & look forward to upgrading the car through you in due course.

Viewed a Cayman S today, salesman had 0 Interest in making conversation and it seemed a chore to be in his company. Being looked up and down he was clearly judging us on our appearance but little did he know we are in the market to buy the car outright, my friend i was with also is in the market for the same car!. Salesman said hes had the car in 2 weeks and dropped 2k off the price already so isn't willing to work out a deal of any kind! The boss should definitely have a word with his sales staff. great potential but today. the staff lost the boss money.

Claim to sell your porsche for a good price. My experience is that they just want to get your Porsche in and out at a quick sale price, not in the interest of the seller. Offered 36k for my Cayman (less than webuyanycar). I then went on to sell the car in 2 weeks via a local dealer for 38.5k. Not the best customer experience considering.

Been having a battery drain problem with my Cayman since April. Was recommended to take it to Cridfords. Fantastic service sorted the problem out for me. Could not be happier with the service they provided. Will definitely be having it serviced with them in the future. Will the service manager is great.

Recently bought a Porsche Cayman S from Cridfords, the transaction from start to finish was excellent. I spoke with Michael the General Manager throughout the sales process and found the experience very straightforward with an excellent response to requests from video walk throughs to getting the cars service history sent via email so l could review. Overall l highly recommend Cridfords and a big thank you to Michael for making it all happen. Am delighted with the car which has exceed my expectations.

I thought it may be interesting to posy a review months after I bought my 997.2 from Cridfords. I had been search for a car with a spec checklist and a fixed budget and Cridfords had a car which seemed to fit the bill, even though they are around 3 hours drive from my home turf. I rang ahead and let them know which car I was interested in and my intention to visit.
Long story short, great test drive, knowledgeable guys, very fair trade in on my Audi A5. I took the standard 6 month warranty and aside from a cracked alloy (which is wear and tear I guess) the car has performed faultlessly. I hope I am not tempting providence! If you are in the market for what I would think of as a mid-market Porsche, these guys are well worth checking out.
