We bought a used Kia Sportage a couple of weeks ago. Impeccable service from Tor. He took us through the process smoothly and efficiently. We didn't feel we were being sold to at all, and nothing was too much trouble. On collection Vicki took us through the handover. Helpful guy on phone and fast ordering of part I needed for my Kia. Would have been nice to have been met with a smile and eyes off computer which was more important than me. I felt i was an inconvenience. Hence only 4 stars. Pity I live so far from my old Kia Garage. I was treated really well there.

Vehicle taken in with drivers window not working and told that motor had failed and needed changing. J350 bill and window still not working now told switch is faulty (J20 part). Motor tested by other mechanic and found no fault apart from the fact the regulator had been destroyed by the fitter on removal. Service manager would not accept responsibility for incorrect diagnostics and would not refund payment. Bad service. Poor workmanship. Looking into reporting company to trading standards and regulatory body.
