Have to say fabulous service from Steve Woodward at Johnson's FIAT Swindon my brand New van delivered as promised and not a single issue from start to finish. absolutely love my brand New van although a little sad to see my old one driven away after over 4 years of owning. highly recommended.

Absolute terrible company. sold me a car with loose brake callipers. when I.got hold if them trued yo say it was my fault. only had the car 2 weeks. keep well clear they sell dangerous cars

A word of caution to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Johnsons Cars the company. Where the sales and service was fine, the ABSOLUTE PROMISE of the return of any deposit should the sale not complete for any reason has not be honoured. Despite several emails and non-returned telephone calls reminding them. Vehicle in question Audi A6, deposit paid of 99 on 4th May 2021 Promotional offer to secure this vehicle for 99 still current as is the vehicle still not sold.

Put fuel in cars when a test drive is arranged! After arranging a test drive I got in the car and noticed the fuel light on thinking it would have 50 miles or so after driving down the road and noticing only saying 8 miles I turned around and went back to the garage to be told they would rearrange a test drive for another day. This was done. deliberately as I was looking for a different car other than the one I was driving.

If I liked it maybe I would of brought it. This was because I was a women on my own and I wanted a 4 wheel drive more than a two. Should never judge a book by its cover I believe the saying is! You have no idea how much money I have or weather if customer service was better I would of brought a car from you and also returned time and time again. Sexist and poor customer service garage.

2 cars were vandalised on your BIrmingham division car Park. Your key managers only admission of this was " we were honest it had happened on our site". It's fair to say it's obvious on cctv Forfar that the police have. Yoru managers have admitted repair job to my brothers car is substandard. Give fair customer service to all customers equally. Not have condescending service receptionists that do wait for clients 5/10 minutes late and are not keen to " clock " off.

Have managers that actually own up to being on premises and not hide away in an office because it's Friday and they wish to go home when they have not rectified the damaged VW cars given in there care. Do not leave your car in the care of this team especially overnight.

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had in my 18 years of driving. (VW Johnson's Sutton Coldfield) Car taken in for a service and MOT. Had a phone call at the end of the service to be told my car needs a new sump and they cannot do the repair. Car had to be taken to Toyota for a very expensive sump repair. Evidence points to Johnson damaging. the sump by screwing the sump plug in incorrectly. Johnson's claim that the plug was already damaged.

Yet they have failed to contact me at any point to tell me or ask me if I wanted the car to still be serviced. If they did not cause the damage then surely it is standard procedure to contact the customer to ask what the next step should be?.
