***AVOID THIS BS CAR STORE*** Asolutely disgusting dodgy people just want to make money anyway they can. Specifically Rob. He lied about when the work was being started on the crap car they sold me. Upon asking him what was being done to my car and by whom, he became rude and defensive telling me I shouldn't even be asking that question! Eventually he told me their dodgy mechanic was going to remove my gearbox to place a refurbished one bearing in mind its an automatic and this little boy is not an automatic gearbox specialist!

He made me cancel my MOT whilst my car took over a month to get fixed because he said "don't worry we'll sort that for you" but hasn't bothered to get that sorted for me. He gave me a courtesy car with NO TAX OR MOT which we then had to sort out for him after a few weeks of driving it illegally. Through this whole process he belittled me and spoke to me sarcastically as if i was a piece of sh*t under his shoe.

Being pregnant with ASD this was extremely distressing for me. Even after explaining my situation and diagnosis with him he still continued to treat me with utter disrespect. I quote - "30 years of business" but still not a sense of intelligence in that little man's brain. I have ASD but still more social skills than that useless!@#

Friendly staff providing good care to their cars and customers. The cars they sell are well checked and maintained. And they provide reasonable after sales care. So far I've only had positive impressions.

Sold me a real lemon of a car July 2018. wheel guard flew off as I drove it home. replaced a few weeks later with second hand ill fitting guard. forever filling up coolant and oil even after short journeys. the company kept making excuses to cancel appointments to get it fixed. told the company that many trusted mechanics I know pointed to a faulty head gasket. the car finally died September last year and within so called warranty period. in the driest hottest summer on record I'd apparently driven through a flood and flooded the engine?! ok there was a storm a few days before the car EVENTUALLY died but it was parked up in a work's car park. the company wanted me too get proof of the fault. I declined for the sheer fact that according to law it is the sellers responsibility to prove any faults.

Not a great experience since the car I had bought a few years ago was faulty from day one (leaking oil through the valves to the engine). but to be fair it was a cheapy old Vauxhall Astra. it's a dealer with value second hand cars so I guess getting a cheap reliable car is pretty much like winning the lottery. make sure you check the warranty given and highlight any probs shortly after the purchase of the car! the man that runs the place was pretty nice though and willing to take for part exchange my previous car.

Bought a Ford focus from these guys amazing customer service by both Pete and Steve very helpful very honest. Great after sales care. Friendly guys will definitely return if myself or family needs a car

I purchased a Jaguar X Type from this garage April 2014. Steve the owner has been absolutely first class, I have never dealt with such a professional, honest, polite person in my 38 years of buying cars. With regard the car, well I'm over the moon. It was turned out impeccable, and I couldn't be more pleased. I would certainly highly recommend, anyone considering purchasing another car to give this guy a call.

I saw my car advertised on ebay, and had to travel 184 miles from Burton-on-Trent to see & collect. He described the car perfectly, and to be honest was very critical of the car, regarding any damage, scuff's etc! when I spoke to him on the phone. Enough said, all I can say is carry on with the good work Steve, your a pleasure to deal with. A first class experience, he could teach other dealers a thing or two! The Carstore Wales are the best car dealers I have ever dealt with! When the car I bought from them (Mazda6) was found to be burning excessive oil and needed new piston rings and a new O2 sensor, they repaired the car with no quibbles. They spent a lot of money getting the car to the standard expected and whilst diagnosing they ended up removing the intake manifold to clean the PVC sensor, gave the car multiple oil changes and top ups, a new fan belt, new stem valve seals and some other engine part I can't remember!

At one point they took the car to Mazda who were useless and said the car needed a new engine! All in all I would not hesitate to recommend Carstore Wales to others. Steve and Pete did their very best to ensure I remained a happy customer and despite all the time and extra cost to them they maintained a friendly, accommodating attitude towards me. I bet Ty the mechanic will be glad that he never has to strip down that engine again!
