I recently bought a mercedes car from Arnold clark and health with two branches, both branches were a delight to deal with. David Lyon of Grangemouth initially took my order for a brand new GLE coupe 350de, he was courteous, communicable, friendly and an amazing experience dealing with him. Fortunately, i found another car that was 6 months old at Perth branch and the product guy was Euan Douglas who was exceptional too.

My last three cars have been mercedes and i had always dealt with lister in the past (not the best experience), Arnold Clark on the other hand is an amazing service that complements an amazing product. Hopefully this good experience i have had stays till the completion of the order in regards to delivery and condition of the car(If not i will be back here).

Just bought a A-class from Mercedes-Benz of Perth! From start to finish the service I received was amazing. Mark Brunton was helpful, explained everything in detail using expertise. He made buying a car stress free process and I am in love with my new purchase. Will definitely be using them again!

I have just purchased a car through the Perth Mercedes and I cannot fault the service that I have received. I live quite some distance away from this branch and was hesitant at first due to this but Euan Douglas kept me informed throughout and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions and responded very quickly to any emails I sent him. Arranging the delivery of the car to my local branch was also extremely easy. Matthew also sent me two personalised videos of the car showing me the outside and going in-depth about the various features of the car, including the basics such as how to use it.

They are a very friendly and professional team that genuinely want to help you throughout the full process. The turnaround has also been extremely quick - the full process has been under a week from me finding the car online to valuing my existing car for part exchange to actually purchasing the car. Faultless service and I will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you again for making the process as stress-free as possible and I look forward to picking up the car from my local branch.

Just bought a Mercedes E Class, the Product Consultant Mark Brunton was brilliant, superb from beginning to end. Attentive, knowledgeable and worked hard to make the experience special from my first call to him enquiring about the car to picking up my car. Thanks to Mark and all the team at Mercedes-Benz of Perth nothing was too much trouble it's got to be the best car dealership I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with a few.

Been dealing with David Stewart yesterday and today who turned out to be the general manager. Having worked previously in the motor trade I felt dealership's were losing the personal touch however I was extremely impressed with David's honesty and guidance to help find me a new car. Credit where credits due.

PLEASE AVOID! I tend not to leave negative reviews but on this occasional I feel I have no choice. I went to view a Mercedes CLA which was not available for a test drive at the time so I paid the refundable 99 to reserve it with agreement of going back in a few days for the test drive. Upon looking at the car on the website later that night, the car had not been reserved by Arnold Clark despite me paying to do so.

Due to this, and as the car was very expensive, I lost confidence in going ahead with the sale. I'm so happy I did not proceed as the subsequent customer service has been awful. I called the branch to inform them I would not be taking the car and was told the message would be passed to the salesman which it wasn't. He repeatedly tried to make contact to push the sale and after informing him I would not be taking the car the issues really started.

I asked for my deposit back and was told it would be done in a few days which it wasn't. I chased it up again and was told the same. I have tried multiple times since to get it back and we are now 3 months on and still the "refundable" deposit has still not been returned to me. I can't convey how glad I am that I didn't part with 40,000 to buy a car from them. If there had been any issues with the vehicle after the purchase they wouldn't have been interested to resolve it at all!

I had a great experience. These guys had just received a car and made me a personalised video and and got it ready for me so I could I have it for the weekend. Very nice and quick and efficient. Thanks Cameron and Alistair! Amazing job!

Did not end up getting a car from this branch. Paid my deposit on the 4th of January. didn't hear anything for a couple weeks began to think the car was never going to arrive in Inverness. when it eventually did more issues struck. (Details not being finalised) The branch manager and Kevin apologised for all the inconveniences but did not refund the 99 refundable deposit paid. (It's been over a week) seem nice people to deal with just a shame my experience was not a good one.

I began looking at other cars on Arnold clark paid a deposit but decided to stick with the mercades when I eventually found out where it was, the deposit for the other car was back in my bank within 2 days with no issues what so ever so don't understand why this branch never refunded the money

I didn't end up buying a car from these guys as the payments were abit further away than I was looking for, but the service from start to finish was stellar. A big thanks to the sales manager David Stewart and one of his senior sales members Mark Brunton for keeping me in the loop, as well as product consultant Adi Moffat for an excellent personalised walk around video of the desired car, pointing out any damage as requested.
